Chapter 9

Fang Pov

I went to see Tan regularly, He is visibly looking sad. For once I prayed it was because of me but that's only my wish, why would my non-existence bother him? It must be because of workload as Phum told me he didn't spend much time with Phum and I know he isn't spending time with his gang. He didn't ask much about me with Phum either so I guess it must be work or something else.

I missed him a lot, his smile, his talk everything, I realised what I have for Tan is not mere liking It's more than that I started falling for him.

Today I came to see him again, but I saw that girl, She is sitting next to Tan. I couldn't able to control myself and decided to approach them.

Tan Pov

It's been 3-4 weeks since I talked to Fang, It's way too obvious he is ignoring me. After the conversation with Chain, I decided to not push anyone away and If Fang didn't want to be with me I would just love him from a distance.

Today Daisy also came here so I have to complete her admission process. Once I completed her procedure, it was almost time for us to have lunch so I took her to our canteen.

We sat there when someone called my name.

"Tan" it's Fang. I'm happy to see him after so many days finally. I missed him so much.

"Fang" I said barely holding my smile.

"Can I have lunch with you? I hope, I am not disturbing you?" Fang said smilingly, although his smile looks little weard.

"Sure, Come sit Fang. I was just about to go buy something for lunch. What will you like to have?" I said cheekily.

"Anything is fine." Fang said and I nodded before leaving. I know what fang likes so I will buy it for him.

"P'..." Daisy is about to say something but I cut her

"I know you like Khao Pad, I will bring it for you." I said smilingly. She is my sister and I will take care of her.

Fang Pov

Once Tan left I sat in front of girl, I lowkey feel jealous, how he know her favorite but didn't knew mine. Who is she actually? Is he really moved on someone? Why Fang? Why are you so difficult to love? If you are not then maybe Tan wouldn't leave you...

"Hey, Are you P' tan's Friend?" Girl said smilingly pulling me out of my thoughts.

"Yes, hello I am Fang, I am Tan's friend. How about you?" I asked with a forced smile

"I am Daisy. Nice to meet you P' Fang." Daisy said sweetly.

"You and Tan must have known each other for long. he seems frank with you" I commented.

"Yes, We have known each other since childhood." She replied casually.

I hummed, I realised how sweet she is, Why wouldn't he fall for her, She is easy going not like me. And with her he wouldn't have to hide about his relation. "Fang, You ok?" I pulled out of my thoughts when Tan swung his hand in front of me.

I hummed and look up at Tan, He put our order at table.

"Khao pad for you lady, and Khao soi for you Fang. You like it right?" Tan said. I feel a fondness of happiness growing in my chest he knew my favourite too.

"What are you talking about?" Tan asked curiously.

"Nothing just a normal introduction" I replied. We continue eating.

"Ah! Ah! P... It's spicy..." Suddenly Daisy shouted

Tan grab water and gave her, he started rubbing her back fondly.

"I asked uncle to put less spice. Still he didn't listen. You have water first and eat my food, I will eat it." He said worriedly.

I felt angry, Why he need to take care of her so much, and that to in front of me. Why?

"P Can you buy me drink as well." Daisy said looking at Tan with doe eyes. Why she has to look cute? is she trying to seduce Tan?

"Stop showing me these eyes, wait I will be buying drink for you. Fang you want something?" Tan asked to which I just denied. I already lost my appetite.

"P Fang... Can I ask you something? " Daisy called me, once Tan left. I hummed.

"What's P' Tan's Type?" Daisy asked. Her question caught me off guard. Why she is asking me this.

"Why do you asking me this, You are his friend, he must told you his type." I replied. I know he dated cute girls, that must be his type but then why did he pester me, Maybe for fun.

"P' can I tell you a secret? You won't tell it to P' tan?" Daisy Said slowly, I felt I knew what she wanted to confess she must like Tan, I don't want to sit here and continue any longer. My heart is paining with every past second. I nodded slowly, as I know It would be rude to stand and leave.

"I heard P' Tan sharing to amma that he likes someone from this university. The person is most beautiful in P' tan's eye. But that person is a little reserved so P' is taking things slow making him feel secure around him. " As Daisy spoke I felt like she was talking about me, Did tan love me so much that he shared about me with his family?

"have your drink." I came out of my thought as Tan approach us and handed drink to Daisy.

"Thanks P'... P' Tan I will be leaving, I just received a message from P' Pun he is free now, He promised me he would show me around." Daisy said Picking her stuff as she was about to leave she bent down to tan and say something in his ear.

Tan Pov

"All the best P'... Make Me and Amma Proud." Daisy said winking Before leaving. I smiled at her. She knew about my crush on Fang, I told her about him, When we were at Dan Sai.

"You guys to know each other for Long, She must hold a special position in your life." Fang asked me. His original smile is still missing but he felt bit relaxed than prior. What did they both talk about behind my back?

"Obviously, I know her since she was born. We grew up together, She is like my little sister. " I said smilingly. I noticed him smiling with his usual smile. Like he feels relieved listening to it. Is he jealous? I smiled at him. Ai! Fang Don't give me hopes...

Further lunch went smoothly, We talked about our days when we were out of the site. I am happy to see old Fang back.
