"Ready to see the place?"

Carina nodded, her excitement growing. "Absolutely."

They entered the building and took the elevator up to the penthouse. As the doors opened, Carina was immediately struck by the elegance and spaciousness of the apartment.

Maya led Carina through the expansive living area first. "This is the main living room. It's great for entertaining and has an amazing view of the city."

Carina took in the floor-to-ceiling windows, the comfortable yet stylish furniture, and the sophisticated decor. "Wow, this is beautiful."

Maya smiled, pleased with Carina's reaction. "Come on, I'll show you the rest."

They moved to the kitchen next, which was equally impressive. "This is the kitchen and dining area. It's fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of space for cooking and hosting dinners."

Carina admired the sleek countertops, the large island, and the state-of-the-art appliances. "I love it. It's perfect."

Maya nodded. "I'm glad you like it. Let's check out the bedrooms next."

They walked down a hallway, passing by several doors. "There are four bedrooms and five and a half baths in total," Maya explained. "You could pretty much have your own wing if you wanted." At the end of the hallway was a stair case leading to the master.

They entered the master bedroom first. It was spacious and tastefully decorated, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The en-suite bathroom was equally luxurious, with a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The king bed in the middle was neatly made with nightstands adorning each side.

There were two walk in closets leading off the ensuite bathroom.

"This is my room," Maya said, a hint of pride in her voice.

Carina looked around, impressed by the size and elegance. "Look at the view." Carina noticed that the room was decorated with a modern touch but felt very much like a bachelor pad. They continued the tour, visiting the other bedrooms.

"There is this one guest bedroom here next to the office. This room is the smallest of the bedrooms. On the other side of the apartment are the other two bedrooms, hence your own wing."

"One of the spare bedrooms can be converted into an office space for you," Maya suggested. "I want you to feel comfortable and have your own space here."

As they walked into the last bedroom which was slightly larger than the other two but still not as large as the master, Carina noticed the same decorating scheme throughout sparse Modern but without a personal touch.

Carina nodded, appreciating the thoughtfulness. "That would be great. Thank you."

Maya led Carina to the home gym next. "This is the gym. It's fully equipped, so you won't have to go far to get a workout in."

Carina's eyes widened at the sight of the high-end exercise equipment. "This is amazing, the theme between all of your properties besides being luxurious seems to be complete personal gyms."

"Well, it helps to clear my mind and with all of the crazy hours, it is just easier if it is in my residence." Maya shrugged.

They moved on to the "man cave," which was a cozy, relaxed space with a large TV, comfortable seating, and a collection of games and entertainment options. "This is more of a chill-out space," Maya explained. "We can relax here, watch movies, play games, whatever we want. I like this space especially for when it is just me or a few people. The house can feel really big and empty sometimes."
