Sounds come in and out. One moment I can focus, then it disappears into the distance. My whole body feels heavy, and it aches all over. I feel like I've been hit by a bus. My throat feels sore and like there is something stuck down there. I try to move but nothing.
What happened? I was with Alessia, she was working, I was watching her train. Then there's just nothing. A big gap in my memory. Where am I?
I try to open my eyes but they are heavy, it feels like they are glued together. I just can't open them. What's going on? Why can't I move?
Panic starts to set in, I can feel my heart pounding then suddenly the pain heightens. My stomach feels like it has been ripped open. The beeps get louder and faster around me. Then black settles over me.
