Delilah's POV:
-
I'm finally home for summer! Dang, it took forever. Oh, I should probably introduce myself, eh? I'm Delilah Stump. A photographer, attending Empire State University in Manhattan. I live in Chicago though. Well...I don't know to be honest. I don't really have a house, but I guess I'll stay with my parents and little brother, Patrick. He's only a year younger than me but I don't care, I'll make fun of him for it forever.

Growing up me and Patrick were (and still are) very close. We had the same friend group, which through high school consisted of me, my best friend Amy, Patrick, and his band Public Display of Infection. He was the drummer. The singer/rhythm guitarist was this guy named Jordan Spines, me and him use to date but broke up when I left for college. And then there was the bassist, Connor. Connor was pretty funny...there isn't much to stay about him other than that. And the lead guitarist was Bill White, but everyone called him Rash 'cause he always made rash decisions. He was kinda coo-coo.

Anyways, this is my first time coming home from college for a whole school year, so I'm pretty excited! I can't wait to see Trick since I haven't seen him for A WHOLE YEAR. I wonder how much has changed.

"Lilah!" Patrick yelled as he opened the door with a huge smile on his face. "Baby brother!" I yelled back, smiling before jumping on him. He rolled his eyes before he hugged me back but let go at the request from our mother. "Delilah!" She cheered as she yanked me into a hug. Dang, I've missed her! "Hi mommy."

Before I was fully let go by my mother I was pulled into another hug. "Delly!" My father cooed. I rolled my eyes at the nickname with a smile. "Hi dad."

"How was college? All good grades, right? Oh, what am I kidding? Of course you have all good grades!" My mother mumbled as she pulled me into the house, leaving my father and brother to grab my bags and suitcases, bringing them to my old room.

I was finally back, baby!
