Once I walk out of the room I sighed. 'Wow' I thought, this might be the worst mission yet. I walked out of the building and starting walking to my little sister's school. Ten minutes passed by until i saw her school at the distance with a swarm of kids exiting the school. I quickened my pace to the school

"Lucy!" She shouted as she came running to me. "I missed you! I didn't see you all day!"

"Yeah I know Rose I missed you a lot." I said as I kissed her forehead. My sister Rose is eight years old. Our parents barely took care of us, so it's only me and Rose now. I joined the business for the money for Rose's education, her home, and food. If I broke one rule in the business they would've hurt Rose as punishment and i couldn't afford that from happening.

"Rose I have to tell you something". I said while looking her in the eyes.

"What?" she asked with a high pitched voice. I sighed regretfully while obsereving her features and looked closely at her long raven black that reached just below her waist. She had long eyelashes and bright hazel eyes that were breath taking which suited her pale skin. She looked exactly like me but the differnce were our eyes, she had hazel while i had eccentric green eyes.

"I have to leave for another mission but more longer this time." I said painfully. I reluctanly glanced at her expression and saw it crumble in a matter of seconds. Her smile vanished and was replaced with a frown while her glossy eyes were brimming with tears.

"W-w-why I didn't see you for a couple weeks and now you're on another mission." She stated frustratingly as her voice cracked in the middle of her sentence.

"I know, if I could change it I would, but I can't, I'm so sorry Rose." I said full of sorrow as tears brimmed over my eyes. I hugged her tightly, knowing I wouldn't be seeing her for a while.

"Who's going to take care of me." Rose asked while sniffling. I pondered for a while thinking who would be the perfect choice, until a name popped in my head.

"I know grandmother Mandi." I said beaming down at her while wiping away her tears.

"Really? I didn't see her in so long." She said while smiling ear to ear. "When are you leaving?" She asked as  I immediately frowned at the question, almost forgetting about my mission, but brought back to reality.

"Two days and I need to pack and you do too, because you're going to stay with grandma for a while." I said.

  "For how long?"

"I don't know Rose, Maybe a couple months, because this mission is very important. It's worth a lot of money, So we can buy more better clothes for you." I said while looking at her crinkled clothes and dirt stained shoes.  "And maybe a better house to live in."

"I will always love you Lucy. You're the best sister." She said while hugging me again. I looked up to the sky to see the sun starting to set, its colors painting the sky.

"Come on Rose we have to go." I said while intertwining her little hand into mine. We walked down the sidewalk to our home. It wasn't the best but it had warmth and a bed. It was almost like a cottage to describe it. One floor, with a simple front door and two small rooms. I let go of Rose's hand to reach my key in my pocket. I unlocked the door and told Rose to get her suitcase and pack her clothes. I walked inside and went to our two roomed house. I got my suitcase and got all my belongings and put into it. Once I finished I saw Rose playing with her dolls. I kneeled down to eye level with her and said "Rose." She looked up with a frown and her eyebrows furrowed.

   "What?" She said.

"Are you okay about this?" I asked.

"Yes." She stated boldly but i saw throught her lie. She kept on tapping her finger and looking everywhere but at my eyes. I got my fingers and put it beneath her chin and moved her face in my direction so we were both at eye level. My eccentric green eyes met her hael eyes.
