‘’Are you ok?’’ Asher rushed to Deaser, and gave him a comforting lick between the ears. ‘’Yeah,’’ Deaser was slow to his feet, pushing himself up slowly. He wobbled a bit as he stood on all four of his paws. ‘’Asher,’’ Deaser thrust his muzzle. ‘’We did it.’’ …
‘’Over here.’’ He was walking slightly in front of Asher, leading him to a place in the cave illuminated with soft white light. ‘’This is moon rock,’’ He choked the words out. ‘’Perhaps you can trade it to a King.’’ … ‘’A King!’’ As soon as Deaser spoke, Asher imagined himself trading these fluorescent rocks for magick. He started digging them up, clawing at the solid dirt below him. Deaser tried to help him, but Asher pushed him away with his muzzle. ‘’No rest.’’ He demanded, looking at the wounds on his shoulders. Asher’s paws were getting scraped, and bleeding crimson red. ‘’Ughhh this hurts.’’ He briefly licked the blood off of him.

…Two hours later…

His fur was bruised and seeping crimson, but it was all worth it once he dug up the crystalized rock with a soft moon colored glow. ‘’Thanks for showing me this.’’ He helped Deaser up, and pushed the rock with his paws towards the exit…

‘’Before you go, you have to meet Volpyx.’’ Deaser limped to his owner’s small cabin. ‘’Volpyx!’’ He yowled. And the witch with hair as red as Neo’s answered the door. ‘’Jordan i see you’ve met a friend.’’ It was clear that she couldn’t speak to animals, and addressed Deaser by the name she saw fit.
‘’I have to go now, i must trade this to a King.’’ He said his goodbyes to Deaser and Volpyx and left…

And then Asher walked away with bleeding paws, and sore muscles, he was traveling to the lair of a King who lived long ago, in hopes of trading the rare rock for some magick.
