"Jendeuki!!" Jennie tilted her head towards the voice and running towards her sister with Irene following behind.
Jisso Kim is Jennie's elder sister. She's managing their family business across the globe. The Kim Corporation is owning restaurants & hotels in several country in Asia & Europe. With Jisoo as the Director and their father as the Chairman,while Jennie refused to take part in the family business, she believe that she can make it on her own and she proved it already to her family that she's capable for that.
Even though her father against her idea in the first place, but she manage it very well since the day she started in modelling and now building up her own fashion brand. Her father couldn't be more proud of his little daughter, yes Jennie is a bit hard to handle and stubborn but she's very smart that her father can't even win over her.
Here in 1 of their restaurant, Jennie met Jisoo who just reached Seoul from Paris after checking their hotel & restaurant there.
"Unnieee.. I missed you!" Jennie run towards Jisoo and hugged her tight. She misses her little sister too.
"I missed you too Jendeukie! How are you Irene?" Jisoo hugged Jennie back and hugged Irene as well.
"I'm good as always" Irene said while grabbing her chair and sit at the round table.
"Tell me, did my sister being a pain in the ass while I'm away?" Jisoo asked Irene while Jennie glance at Jisoo and furrow her eyebrows.
"Well, she was kinda a pain until last night, but I guess she's fine today" Answered Irene who got a slap on her right arm from Jennie. "Ouch"
"Owhhh.. The sex must be good then" Teased Jisoo and smirked to Jennie.
"Yah!! Are you inviting me here to have lunch or to mock me?" Furious all over Jennie's face as her sister and her best friend can't stop teasing her.
"Haha ok sorry. Let's order the food"
They start ordering their food and not too long the food are well served on their table.
During the lunch, they had fun laughing and updating about each other's life and talking about their business as well.
"So unnie, I saw that you spent a lot of time with Chaeng in Paris" Jisoo chocked on her drink when she heard Jennie saying that.
"Who told you that?" Ask Jisoo in confuse. While Irene try to stop her laugh because Jisoo can't stop her cough.
"Well in case you forgot that you are the heir of The Kim Corporation, and Chaeng is world top model. Of course paparazzi gonna chase you everywhere and apparently, your pictures with her had been on every social media platform" Jennie said while showing the pictures on her phone to Jisoo with headline The Kim's Heir Secret Love Affair.
Jisoo's eyes widen by seeing the news she's not aware of. She had no idea that she had been followed by the paparazzi even outside the country, she got it wrong.
"Oh well, we were just grabbing dinner and met up sometimes when we had time, nothing more than that" She keep sipping her juice while looking away avoiding Jennie's and Irene's gaze.
"Jisoo your face is red" Teased Irene and Jisoo's face is more redden by her words.
"Okay, let me get this clear. There's nothing between me and Chaeng, or at least not yet, we were and are friends. And I don't see it wrong if friends catching up. Right?" She said while putting both of her hands on the table and leaning towards Jennie & Irene.
"If you said so" Shrugged Jennie, brushing off Jisoo's words.
"Jen, I think we should go back to office now, my team is texting me to discuss more for the rest of our designs" Irene butted in between the two sisters.
"Oh yeah. Sorry Unnie we had to leave now. Thanks for the lunch and say my hi to Chaeng if you talk to her" Said Jennie while getting up from her sit and hug her sister, which later she received a pinch on her side "YAH!!"
Another hours passed by and it's 7pm already. Jennie got drowned into her works. The thing she had been doing for the past 5 years. She's very focus and determined towards her work. She have no other goal other than expanding her brand to more countries across Asia & Europe. She wants it to be as big as possible.
*knock knock*
"Come in" She said without averting her eyes from her laptop.
"You know it's Friday night right, and you decided to spend your night in your office doing your work." A man's voice catching Jennie's attention and she looked at him.
"What are you doing here Kai?" Ask Jennie annoyed.
Kai is the model who often work with Jennie, he had a crush on her but Jennie found him annoying as he always appear unannounced.
"Well I was texting you, but since you are not replying my messages, so I called Irene and she said that you're still in the office" He replied which make Jennie checked her phone, there are 5 missed calls and 10 messages.
What does he think himself, acting like a possessive boyfriend. Jennie thought at back of her mind.
"Look Kai, I've work that I need to complete within a week, thus I'm still here. If you come just to annoy me, you better leave. I don't need distraction" Anger all over Jennie's face. She just can't stand this guy.
"Why are you so harsh towards me? I can give you what you need, even better than that V"
*BLAG*
Jennie slammed her desk hardly with both of her hands and her face is red in anger, her eyes are fuming and showing fire.
"ENOUGH! LEAVE MY OFFICE NOW!" Shout her and showing the door to Kai with her hand.
He got shocked and blinking his eyes several times, he finally getting up and walking towards the door, before he turn the knob, he turn back to Jennie
"You will regret for shouting at me!"
Threat him and Jennie only giving him the death glare.
She slammed her body back to her chair and massage her temple.
