Chapter 12

Jennie POV

I already here at the restaurant having breakfast with Irene, but Lisa still hasn't come yet. I can't stop glancing at the entrance to see if she's coming or not. Stupid I didn't ask for her phone number!

"The food won't flying by its own into your mouth, you have to pick it up and shove it into your mouth Jen!" Irene blurted out, making me back into my sense and looking at her furiously.

"Why are you so bitter today?" I said angrily.

"And why are you behaving so weird today?" She snapped back at me.

I was taken aback by her words.

Irene then turned around looking at her back glancing at the entrance.

"Are you waiting for her? Don't tell me you have a feeling already?" She's squinting her eyes at me.

"What? She's staying in the same hotel as us, at the same floor. I'm just thinking that she might come for breakfast as well." I reasoned out.

"Yeah whatever" She hissed.

We continue our breakfast, and I don't know how minutes passed by, we decided to leave as we finished our breakfast.

I was about to leave when a tall figure is coming towards me, a little run while showing her smile.

I rolled my eyes.

"Sorry, sorry. I've things to do thus I came late." Then she saw our plate which already empty.

"Oh you are done eating"

I chuckled "we are leaving now Manoban. Enjoy your breakfast"

I left her and not bothering looking back at her. I saw Irene waving good bye to her and I slap her hand.

We walked to the lobby and waiting for our car, since we will go around to do some shop, when suddenly a black sedan stopped outside the lobby gate and I saw a blonde get out of the car. It was Rosie.

What is she doing here this early?

She jump a little to see me and hurriedly run to hug me.

"Jennieyaahh!" I hugged her back

"I didn't expect to see you this early" I said to her.

"Yeah, I've to meet the monkey as I've to discuss something with her"

"Monkey?" I ask confused.

"Sorry, I mean Lisa" She giggle scratching her head.

She had a nickname for Lisa?

"Oh Hi, sorry I didn't see you. I'm Roseanne Park" Rosie landing her hand to Irene.

Aish, how come I forgot that Irene is here standing next to me.

"Hi I'm Irene. Jennie's friend. Of course I know you Ms Park. Who didn't?" Irene took Rosie's hand and shake it.

"Actually Irene is Chief Creative Design in my company, she help me a lot" I butted in. They both nodded.

"Are you guys going somewhere? Why don't you join me and Lisa for breakfast?"

"We actually already had it. And planning to stroll around to do some shopping now" I smile a little.

"I see. Okay then I won't hold you any longer, since I've to run to see my monkey as well. See you later I guess?" Rosie waving good bye to us.

Did she said 'My Monkey'? Are they really just friend?

I brushed off my thought. And as if as a cue, our car is coming, so we hop in and start our day by shopping around.

Rose POV

I'm inside the restaurant and searching for this monkey who I couldn't spot anywhere.

I walk around the table looking for her, and then I saw her at the corner, sitting in front of this France woman, holding her hand and caressing it.

This girl!

"Lalisa!" She jumped hearing my voice.

"I'm sorry my friend is here, shall we meet again later?" She then kissed the back of the girl's hand before the girl is leaving the table, and waving by to her.

"Yah! Stopped it already. You're disgusting!" I hissed at her.

"Can't you keep your zip up for a day?"

"Just last night I saw you were making out with Jennie at the balcony and then you both disappear, God knows to where you both went and did what" My mouth is spitting fire to her.

"Okay okay calm down." She said tapping my hands which I shoved.

"Today is not about me Chaeng, it's about you. You tell me, where were you during the fashion show?"

"Did you talk to Armand ask him, why did he send you the dresses and make you his VIP guest?"

"Yes I did" I said.

"Then?" She asked curiously, looking at me.

"He.. He wants me to be his girlfriend in exchange LV contract" I spoke fast which make her confused.

"What the fuck are you saying?"

I heave sigh "He wants me to create some rumour about us, as in him and me. He promised me LV contract if I agreed to do this. I can sign LV agreement and this dating gimmick contract on the same day" I explained her.

"HE WHAT?!" Shocked all over her face.

"I know I've the same expression as well. I couldn't believe he asked me to do this. Out of thousands model around the world he chose me."

"That night, he explain to me that his Father will step back from his throne as the Chairman in LVMH and planning to handover all LVMH business subsidiaries to be handled by him. But all investors and business elite have no faith in him. He's been handling his watch brand TH but the business is not doing well significantly despite all the marketing campaign."

"The world knows his brand but not the man behind it. His Father believe they have to create an image for him, they have to make the world knows him as the future heir of LVMH, and the easiest way is to create dating rumor for him, because if he has a partner and at the same time he can run his business and doing well, only then the investors and business elite will believe that he's capable to take forward the empire."

"They have to run down everything before reaching out to me. They saw some lacks that their business in Asia is not as big as the other continents, and they have to expand their market in order to get higher revenue and make investors happy."

"There they checked all their brand engagement based on the brand ambassador and they see how YSL selling number is higher ever since I signed up for them. Since I'm an Asian and make a good impact towards the brand. He consider me for that."

"I haven't say anything to him, I told him that I need to discuss this issue with my family since it will be about my personal life. They have to know about this."

I take a deep breathe as I finished telling her.

"Are you nuts? There's nothing to think about, this is silly, crazy to be exact. It's gonna affecting your personal life, not to mention your image. They are billionaires for God sake Chaeng. Doesn't matter how rich you are, people won't see it. They will throw hate at you, especially when you come out as the new BA for LV. Did you think that far? No, right?!"

She's right, I didn't think that far. I'm too positive to think that people will hate me and think that I'm a gold digger, but the worst might be happened.

"And what about Jisoo? Have you tell her about this? She has the right to know as well. I suggest you to talk to her and let see if she has the same opinion as me or not"

Lisa's face is harden by now, her breathe is rapid, she's clenching her jaw and refused to looking at me. She's that mad.

Now I've to make Jisoo understand as well. I don't know if she can take this or not.

I hanged my head down.
