She was the oldest of the three war orphans, Susan Virginia Bell, and she was born in New York City, after World War Three on Planet Earth in the year of 2252.

She was born into an ordinary family and her father, William Bell was an attorney, and her mother, Virginia was a secretary, when she wasn't a stay at home mother.

She was an only child and she was well loved, but in the year of 2268, her father and mother right each other and she was sent to live with a uncle and aunt who did the best to take care of their niece who was left an orphan,

However, in the year of 2270, the United States told their citizens that only immediate families would receive food coupons, and no secondary family.

Susan Virginia Bell was not in the immediate family, so her uncle and aunt with a heavy heart had to depart with their niece and they enlisted her in the United Federation of Planets Relocation Program and drove her to Star-Fleet Headquarters.

Susan Virginia Bell''s aunt and uncle hugged her after they drove her to San Francisco, and they helped her with her suitcases and they escorted her to the Star-Fleet Headquarters and then kissed her goodbye.

This left Susan Virginia Bell bitter and as she sat at Star-Fleet Headquarters she met another young war orphan, Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell who was sitting by herself.

Susan Virginia Bell is 17, and Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell is 15, and they become good friends, and while they are at Star-Fleet Headquarters they meet Katheryn Grace Kelly and they all become good friends .

During the journey to Star-Base 12, they meet Lt Kevin Thomas Riley who is headed back to Star Base 12 from Talos Four and he understands how they all feel as he too is an orphan.

When they arrive on Star Base 12, Susan Virginia Bell is noticed by Lord Richard Edward Howard The Second who is the nephew of The Fourth Duke of Norfolk Territory and grandson of The Third Duke of Norfolk Territory and he fancies Susan Virginia Bell.

Susan Virginia Bell is the hardest of the three to catch, and she resists Lord Richard Edward Howard The Second and she puts him off.

Lord Richard Edward The Second tells Susan Virginia Bell " You remind me of my late great-grandmother who turned down my great-grandfather twice before she agreed to marry him."

"I am not your great-grandmother, and I am not a runny nose English Aristocrat " Susan exclaims.

"Nor do I wish to become one and be tied down to your ways." Susan explains.

"You have far too many constraints on you." Susan exclaims.

"You have no freedom." Susan tells Lord Richard Edward The Second.

"I am not the son of a Duke. My father was simply the second son of a Duke and I am a Lord." Lord Richard Edward The Second states.

"My father married my mother for love. She came with a good dowry and through her I will share a part of The Estate and Chateau of Bourbon and through my great-great-grandfather I will inherit a part of his trust fund." Lord Richard Edward The Second explains.

"My cousin, Lord Frederick William Howard The Third and Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory will also receive a part of The Estate and Chateau of Bourbon through their mother and grandmother." Lord Richard Edward The Second tells her.

"Lord Frederick William Howard The Third and I were not lucky to be born the son of a Duke." Lord Richard Edward The Second states.

"I live with my mother, who has been a widow since 2268 when my father died." Lord Richard Edward The second explains.

"I had to make sure my sister married someone who would take care of her." Lord Richard Edward The Second tells her.

"I won't stop pursuing you until you agree to marry me." Lord Richard Edward The Second states ' My first cousin has promised to me The Duke of Wessex Territory. You will become a Duchess, like your friend, Karissa."

"Karissa will only give your damn cousin a hard time." Susan states. " Your cousin must have been out of his head to run after her. She will never give up her friendship with Lt Kevin Thomas Riley and neither will I."

"Next to me, Karissa is the next difficult one. Your cousin will never control her." Susan says with a laugh.

Lord Richard Edward Howard The Second doesn't give up until he marries Susan Virginia Bell in September of 2275, and one year later she gives birth to Lord Richard Edward Howard The Third on September 21, 2276, and five years later she gives birth to Lady Beatrice Susan Howard in February of 2281.

Lord Richard Edward Howard The Second is created Duke of Wessex Territory on Star Base 12 by his first cousin, Lord Andrew Charles Howard, Duke of Norfolk Territory upon his marriage to Susan Virginia Bell and she becomes Duchess of Wessex Territory.

Lord Richard Edward Howard The Second dies in the year of 2332, and Lady Susan Virginia Bell dies in the year of 2334.

Lord Richard Edward Howard The Second, Duke of Wessex Territory is succeeded by his son, Lord Richard Edward Howard The Third, Duke Consort of Norfolk Territory and in his own right he becomes Duke of Wessex Territory at the age of 44 and he governs The Dukedom of Wessex Territory until the age of 74 and dies in the year of 2360 and he is succeeded by his son, Lord Richard Edward Howard The Fourth born in 2300 and he is 60 when he becomes Duke of Wessex Territory and he is succeeded by his grandson, Lord Richard Edward Howard The Sixth born in 2340
