Captain James T Kirk walks into the drawing room and he sees Lady Karissa sitting in the drawing room and by her side is Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane in her crib asleep.
James T Kirk walks into the drawing room and at first Lady Karissa doesn't even notice that he has entered the drawing room and then all of sudden she looks up and she sees Captain James T Kirk .
"I am sorry I didn't see you come in Captain Kirk." Lady Karissa tells him.
"It is quite alright, Lady Karissa. I didn't mean to disturb you." James Kirk tells her.
"You are not disturbing me, Captain Kirk. Lord Andrew Charles is in his office taking care of whatever a Duke is supposed to take care of." Lady Karissa explains.
"Bones told me that you were easy to talk to and have an empathic ear." James T Kirk tells her.
"I would like to think I am empathic and have compassion towards my fellow human beings." Lady Karissa answers.
"Lt Riley told me you were easy to talk to." James T Kirk tells her.
"I am easy to talk to if I know the person." Lady Karissa says with a laugh.
"Why? Did you have something on your mind or do you just want someone to talk and to converse with?" Lady Karissa asks.
" I would like someone to converse and share my story too." James T Kirk explains.
Oh! A story." Lady Karissa asks
"It is my life story and how I came to join Star-Fleet Command." James Kirk explains.
"I was under the impression you joined on your own freewill." Lady Karissa answers.
"Well. Lady Karissa. That is not exactly correct. " James T Kirk admits.
"Do you want to share it with me? takes it you want to get off your chest." Lady Karissa states.
"Please sit down next to me and share whatever you want to share with me. You can tell me as much or as little as you want." Lady Karissa tells him.
Captain James T Kirk sits on the couch next To Lady Karissa and he starts to share his story
"My story begins in Iowa after World War Three on Planet Earth in Iowa. James T Kirk begins.
"My older brother Sam and I were raised by our paternal Grandparents in Iowa, as our parents were both in Star fleet Command and assigned to the same Star ship." James T Kirk explains.
"Sam and I were very close, and we did everything together. I mean everything. We were typical boys of our time. We played pranks and jokes on everyone." James Kirk laughs.
"You know that reminds me of the Rhyme "What are little boys made of." Lady Karissa answers.
"We lived in a small Iowa town and there wasn't much to do. Everybody knows everybody. The women and men gossip at church." James Kirk says with a laugh.
Sam and I wanted to desperately leave our one horse town and go elsewhere to a bigger city even if it was in Iowa. " James Kirk explains.
"One day when Sam was 19 and I just turned 17, we saw a car parked out in someone's driveway and they left the keys in the ignition, and at the time I had just learned to drive. James T Kirk tells Lady Karissa.
"Sam and I decided to borrow the car and we were going to take it back, and we took the car for a joyride
