Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR is one of the four children of Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR, Duke of Norfolk Territory and Lady Alexandra Elizabeth Spencer-Churchill.

Born in the year of 2209, one year before his father, Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR became Duke of Norfolk Territory.

He had two younger brothers,Lord Richard Edward Howard and Lord Edwin William Howard, and one sister, Lady Sophia Charlotte Howard.
