"This memory, includes the other two Spider-Woman" The voice said. Tony and Bruce leaned forward, wanting to watch and learn more, while Penny sat thinking which memory could be shown
Penny, Ned and MJ were on an building that was being fixed
Penny sucked in sharp breath, she remembered this moment and looked at MJ making sure she was still there with her
Penny laid on her front breathing heavily as the building jerked forward sending MJ over the edge, Ned almost following after but he caught himself on a metal rod, hanging in the air.
"No!" Everyone screamed. Penny quickly got out of her seat and moved towards her friends, sitting on the other side of MJ, holding onto her for dear life. She knew MJ was alive and safe but it didn't stop the fear from remembering she almost wasn't
Penny looked up hearing her scream "No!" she yelled pushing off the building falling fast. It was like it was in slow motion
MJ screamed as she fell, her hands reaching out for anything to save her. Penny was right above her, holding out her hand. MJ reached for it their finger touching
Everyone leaned forward, but Penny tightened her hold on MJ letting her and Ned know something happened
Suddenly, The Green Goblin attack Penny sending her off course. MJ watched in fear as she kept falling
"Oh god" Ginny whispered watching in horror as the teen fell. Wanda was going to make a remark but one look from Natasha and Clint made the red head keep silent in fear
Penny watched in horror as MJ fell "No" She threw herself off the building, flying through the air, Penny pulled MJ body to her own, before shooting off a web. MJ wrapped her arms around the person holding her as Penny landed on her feet
"Oh thank god" The woman in the hall sighed in relief and even the men let out a breath they didn't know they were holding. Ned and MJ relaxed, but Penny still kept her arms around MJ, she was forever thankful Penny saved her
MJ looked up at Penny who was holding her with tears in her eyes "Are you okay?" MJ asked the older woman. Penny gave a shaky nod gently setting MJ down
Everyone was confused wondering why MJ asked Penny if she was okay when it should be the other way around. Ron turned to Penny "Why did MJ ask that?" he question. Penny cleared her throat slowly letting her friend go
"In...In her world, something like this happened. Her girlfriend G-Gwen Stacy" Penny got some tears in her eyes. It really wasn't fair that her Gwen died so young while Penny Gwen lived longer but died anyways. It wasn't fair to either of them, when they both loved the girl
Ned and May eyes widen at the little bit of information even if it flew over most people heads
"Gwen knew she was Spider-Woman. She tried to help, there was a fight in the clock tower...Gwen fell from the top floor, Penny got her with her webs but it was too late. Her head already hit the floor" Penny shook her head as people gasped "She couldn't save the person she loved. So she saved the person I love, even if it's different" Penny smiled at MJ
The dark skinned girl, pulled her friend into a hug, Penny hugging back tightly. She didn't want to think about what could have happened if Penny didn't save her
