Visenya Targaryen had always been a curious and rebellious spirit, a flame that refused to be tamed by the constraints of courtly life. As she grew older, this fire only intensified, leading her to seek out adventure beyond the gilded walls of the Red Keep. While her father, King Viserys, remained distant and uninterested in his daughter's life, and Alicent Hightower was preoccupied with her own children and courtly duties, Visenya found herself increasingly drawn to the world outside the castle—a world she longed to explore.

It began innocently enough. Visenya would slip out of the Red Keep during the day, disguising herself as a commoner with a simple cloak and hood. She would wander the streets of King's Landing, fascinated by the lives of the people who lived there. The bustling markets, the cries of merchants selling their wares, the laughter of children playing in the streets—it was a world so different from her own, and Visenya couldn't help but feel a sense of kinship with the common folk. Unlike the nobles who surrounded her daily, these people were real, their struggles and joys untainted by the lies and scheming of the court.

Her favorite places to visit were the orphanages scattered throughout the city. Visenya had always felt a deep connection to the children there, seeing in them a reflection of her own loneliness. Though she had grown up surrounded by wealth and privilege, she had never known the love and attention of her father or mother. In many ways, she felt like an orphan herself, abandoned by the one person who should have cared for her the most.

Whenever she visited the orphanages, Visenya would dress in white, a color that had become her signature over the years. The children soon came to recognize her as the "Lady in White," a figure of kindness and warmth who brought with her small gifts and stories of dragons and heroes. The people of King's Landing also began to associate her with the color white, seeing her as a symbol of hope and generosity. Though she was a princess, Visenya felt more at home among the common folk than she ever did in the court.

But her adventures did not end with her visits to the orphanages. As the sun set and the city's more unsavory elements emerged, Visenya would slip into the taverns, eager to experience the music, laughter, and freedom that came with the night. She loved listening to the bards sing tales of ancient heroes and lost loves, their voices filling the air with emotion and wonder. There was something intoxicating about the energy of the taverns, the way people from all walks of life came together to forget their troubles and enjoy the simple pleasures of drink, song, and dance.

Visenya had always been careful not to draw attention to herself, blending in with the crowd as best she could. But one night, her life took a dangerous turn. She was sitting in a corner of a rowdy tavern, listening to a bard sing a melancholy ballad when she noticed a commotion at the bar. A group of drunken men were harassing one of the serving girls, their intentions clear in the way they leered at her and grabbed at her clothes.

The girl's pleas for help were drowned out by the noise of the tavern, but Visenya's sharp eyes caught the fear in her face. Without thinking, Visenya sprang to her feet, her hand instinctively reaching for the dagger she kept hidden beneath her cloak. She moved quickly through the crowd, her heart pounding with a mix of anger and adrenaline.

When she reached the men, Visenya didn't hesitate. She grabbed the arm of the man closest to the girl and twisted it behind his back, causing him to yelp in pain. "Leave her alone," she commanded, her voice cold and dangerous.

The man, drunk and emboldened by his friends, sneered at her. "And who are you to tell us what to do, girl?" he slurred, trying to shake her off.

"I'm someone who's going to make you regret touching her," Visenya replied, her grip tightening on the man's arm.
