Elizabeth Cullen: The story of Renesmee's twin sister

Chapter 10

(RENESMEE'S P.O.V.)

"Mom, dad, Alice, Jasper, Grandma, Grandp-" I yelled, bursting into the house, but was cut off by Jacob covering my mouth. "Nessie, calm down." He said softly. I pulled his hand away, "I know where Elizabeth is!" "Where?" Dad asked, jumping out of his seat. "With the volturi," I answered, "We have to go get her now! She let me see a little of what was going on and I think someone was hurting her."

The anger in the room was so strong I could almost see it. Jasper calmed everyone but they were still shaking. "Jacob, get Seth and meet us at the airport," Mom said, "We're going to Italy."

(EDWARD'S P.O.V.)

 "What if they don't give her back?" Jacob asked as we got off the plane. "If they don't i'll kill every last one of them!" Seth growled. It was taking all he had not to phase. "We won't let them keep her." Carlisle said.

We climbed into the car Alice had 'borrowed' and she sped down the road. "Alice?" Nessie asked, leaning forward in her seat. "Hmm?" Alice responded.

"Can you see anything about Elizabeth? Like if the volturi are... hurting her?"

"No. I can't see anything, but that may be because Seth and Jacob will be around her soon. I hope it's nothing bad though."

 The car screeched to a hault as we arrived at our destination. It took all I had not to burst through those doors and rip the volturi's heads off. Everyone climbed out of the car and made our way through the large doors.

"Can I help you?" A woman behind a large desk asked. She was human. "Where's Aro?" I asked. "I'll take you to him." Alec's voice said. We looked up and saw him walking out of an elevator. "Where is my daughter?!" Bella asked. It was the first thing she'd said since we'd gotten to Italy.

"Right this way." Alec motioned with his arm to the open elevator. We pushed by him and into it. He came in next and hit the down button.

The elevator stopped right outside the throne room. Alec exited the elevator and swung open the large doors that stood in front of us. We followed him into the throne room where the whole volturi was waiting.

"I was thinking you would come visit soon." Aro said. "Where's Elizabeth?" Carlisle asked. "Elizabeth," Aro called over his shoulder, "will you please come greet our visitors." A smaller cloaked figure came to stand beside Aro and pushed down their hood. It was Elizabeth. Her face was bruised, which caused me to tense up. Bella tensed next to me, clinching her fists tightly.

"Your daughter has decided to join the volturi." Aro said, placing his hand on Elizabeth's shoulder. Seth suddenly phased and growled at Aro. Elizabeth flinched and took a step back. "Why are you here?" She asked weakly.

"We came to get you." Nessie answered.

"Why? So you can make my life hell again?"

"What are you talking about?"

Elizabeth took another step back, "I'm not going back with you. I'm staying right here." Aro smiled, "It seems like she's made her choice." "Elizabeth," I begged, "I'm sorry about yelling at you before, but please come back. We love you."

Her expression turned icy, "Haha. I almost bought that for a second." "Jane, show them out." Aro ordered. Jane nodded and walked toward us. She looked a little upset but it was hard to tell. "We're coming back for her!" Bella shouted as we were led to the elevator. Seth growled and snarled at Aro before reluctantly following.

"Wait." Jane called just as we were climbing into the car. "What?!" Bella asked, turning around and shoving Jane back. I grabbed Bella's wrist to calm her down. I was furious too but knew getting angry would make it harder to come up with a plan to get Lizzy.

"Listen," Jane pleaded, "The only reason that Elizabeth won't go with you is because of Luke."

"Luke?" Carlisle asked. Jane nodded, "He's the newest member of the volturi, and one of the strongest vampires i've ever seen. He can make anyone believe whatever he wants them too and he made Elizabeth believe that her family hated her. Normally, what he says is only suggestive and can be fought easily, but Lizzy is part human so she couldn't fight it."

"Why should we believe you?" Rosalie asked, "You hate us."

"Ok, maybe I do hate you guys, but not Elizabeth."

"And why would you care about Lizzy?" Nessie asked. Jane shrugged, "I just don't want her whole life to be taken away from her like that. I promise, i'll help you get her back some how."

"We're going to have to trust her." Esme said, "We don't really have much of a choice."

"Fine," I sighed, "Please, just help us get her back."

(ELIZABETH'S P.O.V)

Why would they come here? They should be thrilled that i'm gone. A chill went up my spine when I relived them coming here, especially when Seth phased. The last time I was around him when he phased he nearly killed me. If I hadn't jumped into the ocean he would have.

"Elizabeth, come here." Alec called. I turned and walked toward him. He was talking to a muscular vampire. "You haven't met Luke yet, have you?" Alec asked. "No," I answered and turned to Luke, "It's nice to meet you."

Luke smiled, "You too." Alec whispered something in Luke's ear that I couldn't make out. Luke nodded and turned back to me. He grabbed my chin and looked into my eyes, "I forgot to mention, you've always had a crush on Alec and when you got here he admited he had a crush on you too. Earlier he asked you to go on a date with him tonight and you said yes."

What is he... My thought trailed off. I shook my head, trying to remember what I was thinking off. I eventually gave up. "Are you ready for our date?" Alec asked with a smile as he grabbed my hand. "Yeah." I answered, returning the smile.

I can't believe i'm actually going on a date with my crush! This is going to be amazing!

(A/N Sorry that nothing much happened in this chapter. I didn't want to put a lot of action in it since so much has been happening.)
