THE SOUND OF AN ALARM GOING OFF WOKE ELLIE FROM HER SLEEP. She slowly opened her eyes, pushing herself up into a sitting position on her bed as she reached over and pressed the button of her phone to shut off her alarm.

The blonde read 6am on her phone and she yawned, pulling the covers off of her body as she got out of her bed, her feet hitting the cold floor, causing a shiver to go up her spine as she entered her bathroom.

Ellie reached for her toothbrush, grabbing it and putting toothpaste on it. After brushing her teeth, she brushed the tangles out of her hair before pulling it back into a ponytail.

She left her bathroom, heading back into her bedroom and grabbed a sports bra and a pair of shorts, quickly throwing those on as she grabbed her apple watch and wrapped it around her wrist.

Ellie left her bathroom, entering her living room as she grabbed her wired headphones. The blonde left her house, walking down the steps of her porch as she placed her headphones in and started a timer on her watch.

The blonde began to run down the sidewalk, starting her daily run. She passed her parent's house, knowing they were probably still asleep as she continued down the path.

After a while, Ellie looked down at her watch, seeing it had only been forty-five minutes. The blonde decided to take a break, slowing her pace down to a walk as she made her way toward the beach.

She approached the water, taking a seat in the sand as she drew out a small breath. Ellie looked out on the horizon, a smile appearing on her face as she remembered watching the sunrise on the beach with Bradley when they were younger.

Ellie sat there for about fifteen minutes, checking her watch for the time. 7am. The blonde sighed and got back to her feet, dusting her shorts off and tightening her ponytail as she began to make her way back home.

She arrived back at her house around 7:30 and she walked up her steps, reaching into her pocket to grab her key. Once she had it in her hand, she went to unlock the door, but it was already unlocked.

Ellie sucked in a deep breath, her eyebrows furrowing as she slowly opened the door. She wasn't expecting any visitors, so she immediately thought that she was being robbed.

The blonde stepped through the door, looking around as she made her way into the kitchen. There was a pan sitting on her stove that wasn't there when she left.

Ellie grabbed the handle and held it tightly, beginning to walk into her living room when she suddenly heard someone walking around the corner.
