Akshara sat on the floor, tears streaming down her face, her body shaking with silent sobs. She felt utterly helpless, her heart breaking into a million pieces. Keesha sat beside her, gently wrapping an arm around Akshara's shoulder, offering her silent support. "Akshu, please, everything will be fine," she whispered softly, trying to comfort her.

The entire Goenka family was in turmoil. Rajshri, Kirti, Devyani, Suhasini, and Manish exchanged worried glances, their minds racing with thoughts on how to calm Abhir down and make him understand the situation. The air was thick with anxiety, and no one knew what to say or do.

Suddenly, a piercing cry broke through the heavy silence, sending a chill down everyone's spine. "MUMMA!" The voice was filled with fear and pain. It was Abhir's voice. Akshara's heart skipped a beat, her eyes widened with panic. She instantly stood up, her tears forgotten in an instant. "Abhir!" she called out, her voice trembling with fear. Without a second thought, she ran towards the front door, desperate to reach her son.

The rest of the family followed closely behind, their hearts pounding with dread. As Akshara burst out of the Goenka villa, her eyes frantically searched for Abhir. "ABHIR! " she screamed, her voice echoing through the courtyard. Her breath caught in her throat when she saw him lying on the ground near the gate, surrounded by broken glass and a puddle of blood.

Abhir lay motionless, blood seeping from a deep cut on his forehead, his small face pale. Akshara's heart shattered at the sight. "NO! ABHIR!" she screamed, rushing over to him, falling to her knees beside him. She gently lifted his head, her hands trembling. "Abhir, open your eyes! Please, my son, open your eyes!" she cried, her voice breaking.

Abhimanyu reached her side, his face pale with shock. He knelt down, quickly checking Abhir's pulse. "Akshara, we need to get him to the hospital, now!" he said urgently. He scooped Abhir up into his arms, his own hands shaking but his mind focused on getting Abhir the help he needed.

Manish, his face ashen, shouted to Kairav, "Kairav, get the car ready! Fast!" Kairav ran towards the car, fumbling with the keys in his panic. The rest of the family stood frozen for a moment, their faces etched with horror.

Devyani clasped her hands together, praying desperately, "Please, God, protect our Abhir. Please don't let anything happen to him."

Keesha held Akshara's hand tightly, her own tears flowing freely. "Akshu, don't lose hope. He's going to be fine. Abhir is strong," she whispered, trying to stay calm despite the terror in her own heart.

Akshara looked up at Keesha, her eyes wild with fear. "He has to be fine. He has to," she muttered, as if convincing herself. She then looked at Abhimanyu, who was carefully placing Abhir in the back seat of the car, his face set with determination. "Abhimanyu, drive fast. Please, save our son," she pleaded, her voice barely above a whisper.

Abhimanyu nodded sharply, his eyes locked on hers for a brief moment. "I will. He'll be fine. I promise," he said with a firmness that made Akshara feel a tiny bit of hope amidst the overwhelming fear.

The car sped off towards the hospital, leaving the family members behind in a state of shock and prayer. Inside the car, Akshara held Abhir's hand, tears streaming down her face as she whispered, "Mumma is here, Betu. Please, stay with us. Don't leave us."

Abhimanyu glanced at them through the rearview mirror, his eyes filled with both worry and resolve. "We're almost there, Akshara. Stay strong," he said, pushing the accelerator harder. The only sound in the car was Akshara's soft cries and the fast-beeping heart monitor Abhimanyu had grabbed from his medical kit.

Back at the villa, Rajshri held Suhasini, both of them crying and praying together. "He will be okay; he has to be okay," Rajshri murmured, trying to reassure herself and everyone around her.

As they waited for news, the Goenka family clung to each other, united in their shared grief and desperate hope that their beloved Abhir would pull through.

BIRLA HOSPITAL

At Birla Hospital, the emergency doors swing open as Abhimanyu rushes in, pushing Abhir's stretcher alongside Akshara. A team of nurses quickly arrives, taking Abhir off the stretcher and preparing to wheel him into the emergency room. Akshara, panic-stricken and with tears streaming down her face, holds Abhir's hand and whispers frantically, "Abhir, you need to stay awake, my son. You have to keep your eyes open. Please, stay with me!"

Abhimanyu, tense and focused, is constantly checking Abhir's pulse, feeling his heart thud beneath his fingertips, praying for his son to hold on. His face is a mixture of fear and determination, knowing that every second counts.

The moment Abhir is brought into the corridor leading to the operating theater, a nurse steps in to stop them. She says sternly, "Only medical personnel allowed beyond this point, Dr. Abhimanyu. Family members cannot enter."

Abhimanyu's face tightens with frustration. He looks at the nurse and declares, "I am not just a family member-I'm his father and a doctor. I know what my son needs right now!"

But the nurse doesn't budge. "I'm sorry, Dr. Abhimanyu. You're his biological father and emotionally involved. We need a neutral medical team inside the OT."

Abhimanyu's patience snaps. His eyes blaze with fury, "Neutral? No one else but the Birla family doctors will handle this. I'm going in, and so are Dr. Anand, Dr. Mahima, and Dr. Parth. No one else!"

Anand, Mahima, and Parth arrive just in time to hear Abhimanyu's declaration. With a determined nod from each of them, they all gear up and head into the operation theater, leaving Akshara behind.

Outside, Akshara stands trembling, her heart pounding with fear. She watches the doors of the operating room close, separating her from her son. She feels a hand on her shoulder; it's Keesha, standing beside her, holding her for support. Kairav, Vansh, Krish, and Arshia are there too, surrounding Akshara, trying their best to comfort her.

Kairav tries to reassure her, his voice steady but filled with concern, "Akshu, Abhir is strong. He will fight this. You have to be strong for him."

Vansh adds softly, "Yes, Akshu, he has Abhimanyu and the best doctors looking after him. He'll pull through."

But Akshara's tears are unrelenting. She clutches onto Keesha's hand, her voice choked with sobs, "Why didn't I see the signs earlier? My baby... he's so small, so innocent. What if...?"

Keesha quickly interrupts, her voice firm yet gentle, "No, Akshu. Don't think like that. Abhir is a fighter. And we are all here, praying for him."

Arshia, wiping away her own tears, whispers, "He needs his mother to be strong right now. You've always been his strength, Akshu."

Akshara nods, trying to gather herself. She clasps her hands together, whispering fervent prayers under her breath. The moments stretch into an agonizing wait as the red light above the operating room door continues to shine, signaling that the battle for Abhir's life is ongoing.

Inside the operating theater, Abhimanyu stands over his son, watching every move made by the team. He takes a deep breath, calming his nerves, and begins to assist in the surgery with precision and focus. His mind, however, is filled with thoughts of Akshara and Abhir-his family.

Back outside, Akshara looks up at the red light, her lips moving in a silent plea, "Please, God, bring my son back to me." The corridor is filled with the heavy weight of anticipation and the unspoken fear that everyone feels but dares not voice.
