I was now on my way to pick up, Sofia. And to say the least I was nervous. Today is the day that we will show the whole school that me and Sofia are 'dating' I don't even know if everyone is going to believe it since they know me and Sofia is only best friends. And it doesn't help that the both of us are popular amongst our peers.

I parked my car in front of Sofia's house and let out a deep breath, I can already feel my hands shaking, beginning to get clammy as I think of what could go down today.

This is such a stupid idea, what possessed me to fucking agree with her.

Because you love her. That tiny little voice in my head said. I groan and banged my head against the steering wheel, I'm going to have a heart attack if I don't get myself under control.

Not even a few minutes later, Sofia made her way to my car, and she looks breathtaking. Today she wore a dark blue denim skirt with a white crop-top, with her high top white Converse.

She climbed into the car and pulled me into a hug. "Good morning, Cam." She greeted with her smile that I love so much.

"Morning." I mumble and drove off, she hum before she speaks up. "What's wrong, you look stressed." I sigh before I let out a groan.

"Of course I'm stressed out, Sofi, we're about to show the whole school that we're dating." She nods with a thought look.

"They don't know that it's fake, Cam, stop stressing, if you're worrying about kissing and that kind of stuff, we'll leave it out." She said softly and I shook my head with a sigh.

"No, no, it's not that, I just think that you don't realise how many people will love us as a couple, and if it comes out that it's fake, nobody will look at us the same again." I explained to her, she run her hand through her wavy red hair.

"I know, but we'll pull it off, I know we can." She muttered and I leave it at that. If I continue like this, there's definitely a fight waiting to happen between us.

I park my car in the school parking lot in its original spot, and shut the car off.

"What are we going to tell the group, they won't believe us." I voiced my thoughts and she grabs my hand, giving it a gentle squeeze.

"I have everything under control okay, just follow my lead." I nod and grab my backpack from the back seat before climbing out. I can already feel all the students eyes on us like they are every morning.

But this morning they're going to be shocked, totally shocked about what they're going to see in a few minutes.

Sofia comes over to my side, and grabs my hand in hers, her small hand seems to disappear in mine and my heart started to race at the skin contact.

"Ready." She asked and I gave her a toothy smile. "Let's do this." Then we start to walk to the entrance of the school building. I can feel dozens of eyes on us, but I ignore it and held my head high.

I can hear the whispering in the halls, they're not subtle at all.

"Are they really dating!"

"Finally, I thought they're never end up together."

"They're such a cute couple."

"Camden is a lucky bitch."

Sofia squeezed my hand, calming my racing heart, the staring and whispering gets worse, the closer we get to our lockers.

"Damn, you were right about people wanting us to date." Sofia whispered near my ear. I hummed as my eyes dart towards the students in the hallway.

"I told you." She rolled her eyes playfully before pulling her locker open.

I did the same and grab my books for the next few hours, before shutting it again.

"I guess I'll see you at lunch, princess." I said, my voice comes out a little louder so that the students around us can hear me.

"Of course, baby." I blush at the nickname, I can feel my hands getting clammy.

She's going to kill me.

Sofia threw her hands around my shoulders before kissing my cheek softly, I was right, her lips are soft like clouds.

I wish to have them on my mouth.

"Behave." She gave me a stern look before she walked off to her first class and I released a shuddering breath once she's out of my view.

Fuck.
