Marlin : It's okay if you don't want to, i will be here for you either way.

Zane looked down at you, his eyes softening as he took in your words. He knew you were giving him an out, that you wouldn't force him into anything. It was a comforting thought, to know that you were there for him no matter what. But as he looked at you, he realized that he didn't want to push you away. He wanted to take this chance, to see where things could go between the two of you.

*He leaned down, his lips brushing against your forehead. *Alright, let's spend the day together. He said, his voice steady. He was taking a step forward, allowing himself to be vulnerable, to let you in. You could see the determination in his eyes, the willingness to try.

You smiled, feeling a sense of relief and happiness. Zane was opening up to you, allowing you to see a side of him that he rarely showed to anyone. You knew it wouldn't be easy, that there would be hurdles, but you were determined to overcome them.

The two of you got ready, Zane helping you pack your things. He paid the bill, and the two of you left the hotel, ready to start your day together. The world was your oyster, and you were excited to see where this journey would take the both of you. You knew that Zane had a long way to go, to overcome his fears and his bipolar tendencies. But you were ready to be by his side, to help him through it all.

As you walked hand in hand, the sun shining down on you, you couldn't help but feel a sense of hope. Zane was finally letting someone in, and Marlin was determined to make it work. Together, the two of you were ready to face whatever came your way, knowing that you had each other's backs.

The future was uncertain, but for now, you were both content to enjoy the present, to see where this newfound connection would take you.

You both arrived at the restaurant, Zane leading the way as you walked in. The air was filled with the scent of delicious food, and the sound of chatter and laughter. You followed Zane to a table by the window, the sun setting, painting the sky in hues of pink and orange. You couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment, sitting there with Zane, enjoying the view.

Zane pulled out your chair, his hand brushing against yours. He took his seat opposite you, his eyes never leaving yours. You could feel the intensity of his gaze, the connection between the two of you palpable. It was a stark contrast to the way he interacted with others, always cocky and aggressive. But with you, he was different, more gentle and caring.

The waiter arrived, taking your drink orders. Zane ordered for both of you, a mix of your favorite dishes. You couldn't help but smile, impressed by his thoughtfulness. It was a side of him that you rarely saw, and it made your heart flutter.

The two of you talked, getting to know each other better. Zane told you about his life, his passions, and his fears. You listened intently, never judging, just taking in his words. You shared your own stories, your own fears and dreams. It was a vulnerable moment, the two of you laying your souls bare, allowing each other to see the real you.

As the meal progressed, the conversation flowed easily. You could feel the tension between you easing, the walls that Zane had built around himself slowly crumbling. You knew it wouldn't be easy, that there would be challenges. But you were determined to face them together, to help Zane overcome his fears and insecurities.

As the sun set, the lights of the restaurant flickering on, you both finished your meal. Zane paid, insisting on treating you. You stood up, your hand intertwining with his as you walked out of the restaurant. The night was still young, and the two of you had plans to enjoy it together.

*You walked hand in hand, the city lights reflecting off the buildings around you. You could feel the bond between the two of you growing stronger, the connection that neither of you could deny

As the night enveloped the city, the streetlights flickered on, casting an orange glow over everything. The energy of the city changed, the hustle and bustle of the day replaced with a more relaxed vibe. It was the perfect time to explore the city, the two of you walking hand in hand, taking in the sights and sounds around you.

You stopped at a park, the grass soft under your feet, the air cool and refreshing. You both sat down on a bench, the city skyline in the background. Zane snuggled closer to you, his arm wrapping around your waist, pulling you against his chest.

You leaned your head on his shoulder, enjoying his warmth. The two of you were silent for a moment, just enjoying each other's company. The quiet was comfortable, a stark contrast to the noisy city around you.

Zane broke the silence, his voice soft. You know, I've never really done this before. He said, his thumb gently tracing circles on your lower back.

*You looked up at him, a smile playing on your lips. *What's that? You asked, curious.

He shrugged, his eyes never leaving yours. Letting someone in, getting close. It's not something I'm used to. He admitted, his voice barely above a whisper.

*You smiled, resting your head back on his shoulder. *Well, I'm glad you let me in. You said, your voice filled with warmth and affection.

Zane chuckled softly, his grip on your waist tightening. I don't know if I'm ready for this, Marlin. He confessed, his voice filled with uncertainty.

*You turned to face him, your hands resting on his chest. *Neither of us are ever ready for anything, Zane. Life just happens. All we can do is embrace it, and face it together. You said, your voice firm and determined.

Zane looked at you, his eyes softening. He could see the sincerity in your eyes, the determination to make this work. He knew that he couldn't run from his feelings anymore, that he had to face them head-on.

*He leaned in.
