Knowing she wouldn’t return to the hotel until late, she messaged the group chat, letting them know she’d be late and had already eaten. Miu closed her phone, leaned back in the car, and braced herself for the long ride back to the hotel.

She never took care of her health, always pushing herself to the brink, and that was what annoyed them the most. Instead of saying anything, he gave her a look that was a mix of concern and lingering frustration before walking past her and heading to Jeonghan’s room. Miu sighed, feeling the weight of his unspoken words and the distance between them.
