Vale at night a few days later

Two new chapters had arrived while team rwby were at the docks waiting for students to arrive. These two chapters are Atlantean Spears and Silver Templars, both are in vale looking for the missing student and transfer student. Everyone is looking through everywhere in vale all except for the industrial zone

The docks

Romam walks out into the open. "Hey! What's the hold up, we aren't exactly the most inconspicuous bunch of thieves at the moment, so why don't you animals and people try and pick up the pace" he says as the guardsmen and fang members get everything sorted to be taken away and then blake appears bringing gambol shroud to Roman's neck "NOBODY MOVE!" She yells out at everyone before a click behind her is heard."Let go of him," says the voice of a space marine and the click being the bolter at the back of Blake's head as she lets go of Roman "I see you just met my new buiseness partners" Roman says with a grin as the Alpha Legion member disguised as a Blood Angel uncloaks revealing himself and two others appear and then a third with Sun "you have fucked up kitty cat" roman says teasingly but then the sound of someone yelling is heard "HERETICS!" As bolter fire rings out, hitting white fang, guardsmen, and the Legion members as 6 Atlantean Spears come out of the alley with one of them weilding a chainsword and a plasma pistol shooting the Legion members.

Blake slips out and gets into cover same as sun but not before he gets nicked in the leg falling behind cover "JEEZ THOSE HURT" he tells holding his leg as blake uses her bow as a turnicate to stop sun's bleeding or at least slow it down, containers of dust get taken away by valkyries and Bullheads. More Legion members drop in via ship at start opening fire upon the Spears, putting themselves in the open only to be in the line of some Spear and Templar terminators as they charge out with thunder hammers, heavy bolters, power swords and power axes and then the Spears that were shooting charge in to get into the fight and then guardsmen come in to fight white fang and chaos guardsmen. A portal opens as World Eater berserker come out in a bloody rage and begin killing the foes in front of them.

One of the beserkers notices blake and a weakened sun and charges to them only to be faced with a hard punch from a power fist belonging to the captain leading the Spears. Captain Tumarak gets into a fight with the berserker as a small squad of silver templars joins the fight, bringing Ruby, Penny, and the Lieutenant get to blake "blake!" Yells Ruby as she runs to blake with the lieutenant providing cover with a new shield and a thunder hammer of his own."Get them out of here. I'll cover you!" Barks the Lieutenant as sun is carried away and blake leaves the area with Ruby and Yang into safety as Roman and a few grunts and chaos guardsmen stand infront of them, they aren't getting our of this without a fight and to fight they will "Oh hello again red" says Roman with a tease as everyone pulls out their weapons "I see how this will go, get them, I got red" says Roman as the others engage the students while Roman attacks Ruby.

The fight amongst the space Marines is as follows, relentless and deadly, but the Loyalists gain the uperhand very very quickly when inceptors come landing into the fight with a razorback sending slSilver Templars and Imperial Fists into the fray and the space seperatists and fang leave through a few portals and ships getting away fast, some ships get shot down by nearby hydras and crash into the sea or crash into the nearby coast and Roman had managed to get away from the fight

"He got away," says Weiss upset "Hey we will get him. Weiss, eventually, but we will get him," says Ruby, trying to reassure her teammate, "and don't think of it as a loss. Think of this as a learning curve. Yes, he's lost, but we know that our enemies are working with him now, so that means if he doesn't surrender willingly as law enforcement want we have the right to end him, he is just vermin after all just like those who are misguided" says Tumarak,  "now the one in white mentioned something about a student and the white fang bring together" says the Lieutenant looking at blake "wait don't shoot me please" she says worried as those who raised their weapons at her keep them at the ready "look I used to be apart of the white fang, during the peaceful protests and the early days of the white fang we see today and we'll I wanted to leave because I wanted to help people not kill them, I am no long apart of them because of them loosing sight of the peace they were working for" blake says just looking down "n-now you can shoot me" and then Tumaraks hand goes up "stand down, if you mean what you say, if you want to help the people of the planet then you can help us, but if you fail you will be imprisoned for your crimes, the imprisonment will have you will not leave the school grounds until me, the Lieutenant, Hrydas, Korik, Fauston and your headmaster decide its alright for you to be out there, and you will be taking the guardsmen course next semester and learning from other guardsmen along with your fellow students" says Tumarak with the Lieutenant nodding in agreement "that seems fair, but mind if I add if she wants to go off campus she needs one of your Atlantean Spears to watch her" says the Lieutenant before turning and walking towards the razorback, come now children we have an academy to get back to, the police won't be comming here because we have the same power as police but we have a mutual agreement that if a white fang surrenders they are a prisoner but if they don't they are free game, one surrender chance and that's it unless they do an invasion where every white fang will be wiped out

Mount Glenn

Roman walks to the table, sticking his hat on the coat rack "the fuck happened, we had a plan and WE FAILED" yells Roman in frustration "not entirely Roman," a female voice says as cinder, mercury and emerald walk out of the shadows "great the bitch and the orphans" he says sarcastically "why so hostile, we managed to get all the fortified positions of the defenders of vale" says cinder pulling out a map of the Dock area which is the industrial district and some lather areas close by with red dots of varying sizes, the smal reds are a small guardsmen camp, usually in the derelict buildings  and bigger red dors are fortifications containing something big like a Hydra or Minotaur, but they aren't to big for reasons being they are not as fortified as they should be compared to previous encounters with the Imperium "we could infiltrate the ranks of what we saw and Sabotage them before they have the chance to properly fortify them but we don't know how many there are
