Luxrad just lays in a hospital bed after getting his injuries patched up. Velvet walks into the room in Ceramite armor with her helmet in front of her "ah hello Velvet, I never forget the face and name of the girl I helped with her bullies," says Luxrad out of armor completely "h-hi, I'm just here to see if your doing alright" she says taking a seat next to him "I'm doing fine, I've seen worse ways to be hurt" he chuckles "are you sure cause none of us had seen you hurt before and it was surprising when you were brought into school with damaged armor with holes and blood comming from it" says Velvet "my armor may look nice but it wasn't made to withstand bolter shells so the bolter shells went through like butter" says Luxrad "but I will be getting a better set of armor with some aspects of my old set, I will miss that set but charges happen" says Luxrad "y-yea I guess changes do happen" says Velvet looking at her helmet that has the symbol of the medics "you don't need to worry as bad about me, I'm genetically modified to be this way, the ones you should lookout for is the other guardsmen, you don't have to take a shot for them but you are a medic and it's your duty to fight and look out for your fellow Guardsmen" says Luxrad, "are you sure you will be alright Lieutenant?" Velvet asks, and Luxrad just reassures her with a nod."Now head on off. You have to practice lasgun training," he says as Velvet nods and leaves, leaving the Lieutenant alone.

Herdax is getting reconstructed with cybernetics parts since some of his original parts were lost through the explosion, "I will have the head of Luxrad Amedath," says herdax "now that's a name I haven't heard of in a millenia, I belive he fell during a tyranid invasion on a world somewhere" says Thulo Caeroth "it seems we got an younger Luxrad before the Dreadnought stage, tell me Herdax which Era was this?" Herdax looks up at Thulo. "Great crusade, Era, around the time we went up against the Eldar together," says Herdax "ah so he's that Era, but at his best, but he is strong, at this stage," says Thulo "when was his best?" Asks herdax "from the invasion of terra during Horus's separation from the imperium towards the fight between iron warriors and Imperial Fists where rogal dorn ended up letting the Codex Astartes happen, that was where he got put into the Dreadnought where he saw his end to a Tyranid horde he held against with another Dreadnought and 3 other fists letting his brothers evacuate when Exterminatus caused the planets end" says Thulo "i didn't really need to know the rest of that" says herdax "someone does want to but you never know who" says thulo "but this will be a interesting set of combat, but do we know who else maybe aiding in his strategies?" Inquires Thulo "that commissar that was found here and Dareos Moror of the 6th Trident Guard, as far as I know," says Caphus "that throes a gear into the works cause that comissar is Sebastian Yarrick and if Dareos is there so is the other guard companies meaning their unified strength makes them near impossible to defeat, so that's already a big problem" says Thulo "I have gotten from infiltrates at that Schola Korik of the pre heresy Death Guard and a Lamenter also talk to him and a Death Korp guardsman and two Cadians, it seems he has a network of leadership along with the council of vale," says Inigo "that is alot but does work for the mind of  Luxrad cause the various forces with possible others with those wr know of make vale a near Impenatrable fortress, smart but there seems to be missing armies to aid in the fortress that is vale" says Thulo "what is missing?" Says caphus "well, there doesn't seem to be Ultramarines except for the successor, the very tough fighters from the Silver Templars that one of their heads that we know of was killed in action. Then there is the Dark Angels, and we haven't seen anything about them arriving. Then there are the Black Templars who have few squads, but when they build up more, they will be a huge threat while fighting alongside the Silver Templar counterparts when more arrive. Then there's the pre heresy armies of the Death Guard and the War Hounds that have arrived in the past few weeks," says thulo."I don't see what's missing," says inigo, snapping Thulo out of his thought.

"Oh, sorry well, Ultramarines, Dark Angels, Raven Guard, to name a few, and if they get Iron Warriors like we have, they can counter our forces of Iron Warriors making a head on attack hard aswell as Ariel and by the sounds of it they have necrons working with them so there is that great issue now where the combined forces of Astartes, Guardsmen, Sisters and Necrons they are a stronger fortress cause as shown the necrons are a deadly force to be trifled with" says thulo "so we have to play the strategy game" says Caphus "as far as we know yes, we may have the power of chaos but we don't seem to have enough to make a break in their lines unless there is another necron army comming for something here or even Eldar appearing to hunt down their age old rivals again" says Thulo, "We don't have a unit to lead the World eaters yet so we don't have that advantage and there's no units like Night Lord's or Emperors Chuodren willing to join us, even the Thousand sons said no, and the Death guard are due to arrive at some point but when their Plague won't get past units like necrons easily and there's Daemons and the Daemon Grimm and Grimm Machines but even those won't be enough," says thulo

Far far away in space

A fleet of necon warships have entered the system as imperial Warships appear carrying Ultramarines, Obsidian Jaguars, Red Templars, Black Templars, Cadians, Sisters of Battle and one small ship containing Custodes fly to Remnant to create a border and defend its space while sending out its units. The necron warships stay on the outer edge of the system, setting on a planet and fortifying its two moons as more get to them

On the planet

Imotekh the stormlord disembarks his vessel as the necrons build a forward operating base on this planet, preparing for the upcoming invasion to get the relics on vale.
