Barry woke up early and made breakfast as he had to be in by 7 so he was making a big breakfast as he will need it. Barry's phone went off, he saw it was Jess asking for a lift with him. He texted back with an ok. Barry made coffee to start the day.
It was time to go to Jess's place to collect her he knocked on her door and she opened "Morning, ready for the first day Barry" asked Jazz and Barry smiled "totally ready" Barry answered. After Jess got her things they headed back to the car. Barry's phone went off and saw it was a text from Leah.
Leah: Good luck today Babe
Barry grabbed the phone and made a voice message
Barry: Babe am I now already also thanks L see you if I can once my shift is done
Leah: Sounds good but if you are tired don't worry I could come over.
Barry: Sounds fine
Barry drove to the hospital, Jess showed Barry his space and he smiled. The two entered as they went to different changing rooms and Barry found his locker and everything he needed. Barry exited "ready for your first day" asked Dr. Grayson and Barry looked "ready as ever" Barry smiled. "Hey see yesterday what was the whole thing and look to Jess about me" asked Grayson. "She has a thing for you don't say I told you but, she will blush when I mention your name even before I do the exams" Barry smirked.
Barry then walked away, just then the paramedics came with Stretcher and a man on it conscious. "Name is John Gallagher 68 years old fell down the stairs live alone" said one of the paramedics "right let's get him into one of the rooms" Barry said and went to an empty room and helped the paramedics take the patient off the stretcher into a bed. "Hello Mr Gallagher my name is Dr Allen I will be your doctor can you tell me if anywhere hurts" asked Barry.
"Just my hip hurts but I am getting old so I am not surprised" said John with a smile "no you are not anyway let me check and find out more alright" he said and he touched some of the man's hips and felt a bump he sees Jess coming over "I will send you up to an x-ray scan just to be sure but until then just take it easy be back to get you" Barry said. "Did very well on your first day so far" said Jess making Barry smile.
Barry went to the counter and went on the computer to type up his name to see he has a file so he saw a contact number so Barry phoned.
Susan: Hello
Barry: Hello is this Susan Mitchell daughter of John Gallagher
Susan: Yes why who is this
Barry: This is Dr Allen your father fell down the stairs he be getting a X-Ray scan but at the moment he in the room, Just phoning if any possible you can come here just more for his sake and in case I need talk
Susan: Thank you Dr Allen I will be on my way
Barry: no problem it's my Job take care
Barry hung up and went to work again. After Barry got word about using the X-Ray room Barry asked for Jess's help. "Ok Mr Gallagher it is time for an X-Ray scan early but we see about the hips and find out from that" Barry says. They went to the X-ray room.
After they had done the X-Ray and John's daughter came "ok there's nothing serious nothing is broking just a bump but I can prescribe some medicine and with that just take it easy but I do advise moving every day because if stop could be harder through time" Barry tells them. "Thank you doctor Allen" said John Gallagher's hand out and Barry shook it "no worries keep being active still young Mr" Barry smiled and John laughed. "Would you believe it this is his first day" Jess grinned making Barry blush "don't mind Nurse Lopez" Barry said.
After Work
Barry drove Jess back to her's "thanks Barr, anyway good job on the first day" Jess says kissed his head and hugged him before she left. Barry sighed and drove off to his place when he saw a car at his and Leah walking out with a take out making Barry smile. Once Barry got out "Hey L how long have you been here" asked Barry coming over and kissing her on her lips as she kissed back.
Barry opened the door and Ace came over "Hey boy" Barry petted the Dalmatian. Leah put the Pizza box on the table and Barry grabbed two glasses "how you get on" asked Leah "good actually just dealt with one patient thankfully on the first day so it was good, did you do much home designer today" answered Barry. "Yeah three places actually" Leah says and Barry smiled and kissed her cheek "thank you for this" he said before putting wine in the two glasses.

She then kissed him and Barry heard her waist then she pulled away "better" he asked and he smiled "much thank you very much" Barry winked and he pour more wine and carrying on watching the tv.
