Rin Kamiya starts the second year of high school. All her classmates have more than one common interest. However, she does not have any friends of her own.

Touma woke up to the sound of his ringing alarm and groggily got out of bed. He walked into the bathroom and saw Hanna already in the show. The two stepsiblings were really close and their bond was unbreakable. Touma took a shower while Hanna brushed her teeth and this was basically how their school routine went every morning. However there was something different about this morning, and you will see why in a minute. Touma opened the door before saying goodbye to his mother Raiden and his stepfather Hiro (Hanna's father). The two walked out of the gate and began making their way to school. Today was special for Touma as he was going to be meeting up with something special. Halfway there, they met up with their friends Shouma and Kazuma who engaged in some light hearted banter with them. The four of them then met up with their friend Rin and this made Touma's heart flutter. You see, Rin and Touma had been dating for two weeks at this point.
"Good morning, Touma." Rin said
"G-good morning." Touma said
"Ooh, Touma's getting all flustered!" Hanna bellowed
"Shut up, Hanna!" Touma bellowed
"You two really are stepsiblings." Shouma said
"Couldn't have said it better myself, Shouma." Kazuma said
"This is my girlfriend, she's really cute. But there are some times when she is not cute at all. She is my ideal girl!" Touma roared in his mind
The four second year high school students and classmates continued on their way to school.
As they walked, the group chatted about their plans for the weekend, with Kazuma excitedly talking about his upcoming soccer match and Shouma sharing his latest video game conquests. Rin and Touma exchanged sweet glances, their hands brushing against each other as they walked side by side. Hanna, not one to be left out, started teasing Rin about her fashion sense, playfully critiquing her outfit and hairstyle.
Rin, laughing, playfully rolled her eyes and shot back, "Hey, at least I don't wear the same ripped jeans every day, Hanna!" The group erupted in laughter, and Touma couldn't help but feel grateful for the strong bonds he shared with his friends and girlfriend.
As they approached the school gates, they spotted their classmate, Akira, sitting on a bench, looking rather down in the dumps. Shouma, being the resident goofball, decided to try and cheer Akira up by doing a ridiculous dance, complete with over-the-top facial expressions and jazz hands. Akira couldn't help but crack a smile, and soon the whole group was laughing and joking around.
Their carefree morning was interrupted by the sound of the school's intercom system crackling to life.
As they made their way to their first class, Hanna turned to Touma and whispered, "Hey, don't forget about the surprise I have planned for you later today." Touma's curiosity was piqued, and he raised an eyebrow, but Hanna just winked and smiled mischievously.
