History/Quick backstory: Jordan comes from a far off planet. Her people knew about Earth in passing. Eventually Jordan was chosen to be the "ambassador" of sorts, to establish a connection between Earth and her planet. Earth was definitely a whole new world to her. But she's managed to adjust quite well. So much so that she hasn't returned to her home planet in many years.
