History/Quick backstory: Inej comes from a very modest background. Her family were travelers, nomads by choice. They never stayed too long in any specific place. Inej grew up visiting all sorts of places, learning more about the cultures of their world than most. Once she was older she adopted the same worldview. She wanted adventure, wanted to see all the sights on her own.
