I stand just outside the door of Forest View High, my mind skimming over last night, when Joe, Bailey and Nathaniel walked in on me and Alec.
I was hoping that they wouldn't bring that up or even more hope as to not bump into them. It's not that they walked in on us that annoyed and scared me but the fact that they could ruin my life in 2 seconds.
I took a deep breathe in and opened the glass doors. Taking few steps in.
The halls were scattered with students scurrying away to get to their classes for first period, trying to avoid getting caught late.
"Yo, Lyrical, right?" Someone says from behind me, making me jump out of my skin.
"Um er yeah." I reply spinning on my heal slowly to come face to face with one of the schools best soccer players (he wasn't better than Bailey though).
Nick Morris.
"Hey! Nick, chemistry partner?" Nick says giving me a friendly smile.
"Oh, hey!" I say returning the smile trying my hardest to fight off the blush torturing my cheeks.
Nick was extremely cute. His adorable soft skin and muscular body has girls falling for him. Not me, ha! Of course not.
"Yeah, I was wondering, if you were free Friday night?" Nick asks, scratching the back of his neck and slightly scratching his neck. His cheeks then become a tinted pink.
Wait, Nick's blushing! Holy cow! This is the best opportunity in my entire life! I need to capture this moment. Aww I wish I could just take my phone out and take a photo of him right now!!
Woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah! Back up! Nick? Nick freaking Morris is talking to me?! Omg!!!!
"Lyrical? Yo Lyrical?" Nick says snapping his fingers in front of my face.
"Oh, oops sorry zoned out. Umm yeah, whys that?" I reply smoothly.
Ha, smooth criminal.
Well done Lyrical! He probably thinks you're a total freak by now! At least you haven't done the old word-vomit thing. Oh god, don't do it Lyrical.
"Would you like to uh I don't know, go on a date? With me?" Replies Nick, snapping me out of my day dream.
Holy cream pie with millions of sprinkles!! Oh god I wanna scream!!
"Uh sure," I reply trying to stop myself from screaming.
"Awesome! I'll pick you up at 5:30." He says pecking me on the cheek. "See you then," he finishes, giving me a small smile. His face lighting up. Holy shit he's fucking gorgeous.
"Bye," I reply twirling my hair around my finger as he walks away.
I then start jumping around like a lunatic. A smile playfully dances on my lips before I start to bite on my lip, trying to restrain the scream from escaping.
As I whip out my phone I straight away dial Lanney's number.
"Lanney, I've got news, extreme mind-blowing news!!"

What the hell is Nick doing talking to Lyrical? I swear if he hurts her or anything I will rip his heart out, shove it in his mouth, grab a pocket knife and saw his head off.
