Will You Marry Me?

Apsara's POV

It was around 7 in the evening when we got back from the ancient temples in Kyoto to the hotel. It was so refreshing to see fine Japanese architecture and the soul-healing greenery everywhere. I clicked a few pictures and saved them to post once we left Japan the next morning. Sienna and I were at the hotel's outdoor bar, sipping on some wine and listening to some music on our headphones, enjoying our last night in Japan. There were lights everywhere and the vibrations from the club near by shook the ground. Suddenly, a man dressed in black came to me and whispered in my ear that Enzo wanted me to go to him. I nodded at him and smiled at Sienna and followed him. I looked around as he walked me to a dark place near the parking lot and grew suspicious of him. 

I looked back and saw that in just a few moments, the whole outdoor bar had cleared up and Sienna was all alone. I knew something was up and ran towards her to alert her. She had her eyes closed and no matter how many times I called her name, she did not move. I felt a hand hold me back from running and another one cover my mouth. I struggled to break free but it seemed impossible. I saw Enzo walk towards Sienna in a suit and nicely set hair. I tried to call him and let him know that I was being kidnapped but all my efforts went in vain. I saw him remove her music and kiss her lovingly. I cursed at him mentally for not hearing my muffled screams.

I tried to bit into the hand which held me. "Keep still, Ms. Morretti", I immediately stopped moving and my eyes widened. It was Kazu. I felt him remove his hands from my mouth and step away from me as I panted like a dying dog. I looked back at Enzo who had his back turned towards me as he spoke to his girlfriend. That was when it hit me. He was going to propose to her!! My heartbeats grew louder when I saw him go down on one knee and Sienna cover her mouth in happiness and surprise as tears flowed down her face. I gasped and felt my eyes sting as tears welled up in my eyes too. I covered my mouth in surprise and looked at them to witness the moment. She nodded and they laughed. 

"Oh my God!", I wiped my tears and smiled brightly. He slipped the ring on her ring finger and shared a loving kiss. I smiled at them and prayed for their love to grow more everyday. "We should congratulate them", Kazu said and I snapped out of it. I nodded and walked beside him as we walked towards the newly engaged couple. Kazu clapped while congratulating making them break their kiss. Sienna and I ran towards each other and she pulled me into a warm hug. "I'm engaged, Myla. Oh God!!", she whispered. I pulled away and smiled at her words. "Did you know?", she asked and I nodded. She showed me her diamond ring and beamed with happiness. 

I, then congratulated my brother who had tears in his eyes too. "I'm so happy for you, Enzo!", I hugged him. "I did not stutter at all. But everything I had written down went to waste", I laughed and pulled away. I'm so happy you brought me here. I'm glad I got to see that moment", he smiled and called Sienna. "Actually, we brought you here for a very different reason", they looked at each other and smiled. "I'm pregnant!", Sienna said. My jaw dropped and I gasped. "No way!!!!!", I yelled and looked at them in surprise. "And we want you both to be the godparents", I looked at Kazu and smiled. I nodded, "That would be an honor. You guys...", I cried in happiness and wiped my tears which seemed to never stop. 

We called our parents later to let them know about the news and they were very happy for them. Enzo wanted to save the pregnancy announcement for until we went back to London and we did not disclose that to anyone. The next morning, we bid goodbye to Kazu and reached the airport. I looked at him one last time and walked away. I thought about what had happened in the past when I had let myself slip away like that all night and decided to not let my head wander like I had the last time. As we flew back to London, Sienna asked, "So, what did you like about Japan the most? The greenery or the food or Kazu?", I looked at her in surprise. "Please, Sienna. I am not searching for any relationships right now".
