Y/n enters her office and immediately saw Ai sitting on a chair in front of her office desk. On top of her desk, there are a lot of documents about past patients
"Oh Ai! You're here already, that was fast. Do you take any breaks after the examination? If you're hungry, i offered biscuits if you like!" Y/n said with cheerly while she walked to her desk.
"Hehe! Its fine miss y/n! You're too kind!" Ai Chirped
Y/n nod as she smiles. She then pulls out a document "hmhmm, Ai-chan, put your name and signature here, so i can identify your personal document.."
A few minutes later after y/n asked questions to Ai
"Alright Ai-chan! Thank you for answering, I apologized if any of the questions that makes you feel uncomfortable.." Y/n says apologized
"That's fine Miss y/n! None of the questions make me feel that way" Ai said it with cheery voice as she winked
"That's good to hear" Y/n gently smile as she stared to clean the table that were in mess with bunch of papers.
As y/n stack some papers, Ai asked "etto Miss y/n...are you and doctor gorou were a married couple...? Sorry if i were wrong!" Ai clapped her hand together and slightly bowed.
Y/n chuckle "you're not wrong Ai". Y/n went to her and patted her head as she smiles "we both married around 6 years ago... We both meet at Medical School" Y/n smiles, started to daydream about she and Gorou first time meeting each other.
"Ehh...that sounds really romantic, miss y/n! " Ai said enthusiastically.
Y/n giggles as she look at the girl "thats enough about me Ai, let's focus on looking out for you 'twins', yeah?"
"Okiee!"

"Then next, you would be admitted using an alias" Mina told Ai meanwhile she's signing a signature paper, "okay" ai said Easily at the hospital counter
After that, they went to Gorou office "in your case, you may have by the caesarean section", Gorou said, "If the 'twins' heads were too big, for a pregnant woman of your size, the pelvic cavity doesn't stretch enough" Gorou continues
"But, if her stomach had scars, then her job....". ichigo said in a worried voice "Doctor, dont you have any other way?" ichigo asked Gorou
Gorou turn around and look at his sister, "Why are you looking at me?" Mina said with a sweatdrop on her face
"You work as a pregnancy doctor, before being a nurse right? i just wanted you to be useful" Gorou said to his sister.
"Aren't you the doctor here? Whatever" Mina frowned, "there's a painless delivery Soprholocy and-" Mina gets interrupted by Ai.
"Anything will do, I'm in good health anyway" Ai said with a smile.
Ichigo looked at Ai with a worried face, "Ai...".
"It's fine, i'll just go with natural childbirth"
"They're my babies, they must be pretty with small faces", Ai said, putting her both hand on her cheeks as she wink.
"You're talking nonsense again" said ichigo with a dissapointment voice
