Dante Vasiliev

I was having lunch with Krish and this guy. "So Krish what do you do in your free time?" Volkov asked. "I love to bake" Krish chirped. I was this close to choke Volkov. "What about you?" I asked with a fake smile. "I play table tennis in my free time" he smiled. "That's cool" Krish smiled. What's great about Table Tennis? I scoffed.

Volkov phone started ringing. "Excuse me" he excused and left.

"So what are you doing here?" Krish asked. "Having lunch in my own restaurant with my husband" I replied with a smirk. "What? You own this restaurant?" his eyes widened in shock. I hummed. "Why are you here having lunch with another guy when you have a handsome husband?" I asked. He leaned closer, making my heart beat faster. "Because my so called handsome husband is a douche" he whispered in my ear making me groan.

He was about to step away but I stopped him. His face so close, his warm breath hitting my lips, making me go crazy. "I might be douche but you just admitted I am handsome" I breathed. I could feel him shuddered. A blush forming around his ears. "Uh...I...didn't" he stuttered. I laughed.

"Sorry it was from work" that damn Volkov interrupted. Krish leaned back and panted. "You okay Krish? Should I bring you water or something?" Volkov the bastard asked. "No I am okay" he said flustered. "Don't worry Mr. Volkov he is okay and even if he is not his husband is just sitting beside him" I smirked making Volkov glare.

The lunch was over and we were outside, ready to go. "It was nice having lunch with you Krish. We should do this often" Volkov offered. I scoffed. "Sure. We are going to meet often for the project" Krish smiled. "Okay bye Krish. Bye Mr. Vasiliev" he smiled and left.

Krish started walking away. "Where are you going?" I asked. "Home. Kids are waiting for me" he replied. "Let me drop you" I offered. "No thanks Mr. Vasiliev" he smiled. I was about to speak when his phone call interrupted us.

"Hello Lev" he chirped. I groaned in annoyance.

"Huh? I'll be there" he looked worried.

He was about to walk away but I held on to his wrist. "What happened?" I asked. "Li is not well. He ate something at school...and his body is not taking it" he fumbled over words. "Let's go" I pulled him towards me and took him towards my car.

"Don't worry Mr. Vasiliev, it's just allergies. He is allergic to peanuts so make sure peanuts are not involved in his diet or food" the doctor said. I nodded in agreement. "I should take my leave. I have already given him the shots so he is okay now" the doctor smiled. I hummed and he left.

I reached upstairs inside the kid's room. "Vik when did he eat peanut?" I asked. "Uh...I don't know" he stuttered. "Viktor you knew he was allergic to peanuts then how did this happen?" I asked sternly. "I don't know father" he said and looked down. Seeing Li like that made me cry from inside. He could've died. I raised my hand in anger. Suddenly I was pushed away.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" Krish yelled. I came out of my trance. "Lev take the kids to my room" he ordered and Lev left with kids. A loud sound echoed the room. Krish had slapped me. It didn't hurt a bit but me raising hand on my son hurt. How can I do that?

"Vik is a child for god's sake. It's not his fault. If you dare to raise your hand on him again, I'll kill you" he yelled. Tears running down his face. I just stood there taking everything about what I had done. Krish just left from there.
