At the Monastery of Spinjitzu, Sensei Wu was meditating and in the distance, he could hear the ninja arguing.

"My turn! Uh, it's my turn!" Kai complained.

"Oh, you want a little more? Take this!" Cole said, followed by distant thuds.

"Yeah? How about a little of this?" Jay told them, "Monkey paw to the head!" Kai's voice rang out.

"Ninja, roll!" Another thud could be heard.

Sensei went to check the video game room only to find it empty.

"Dragon punch!" Jay's voice sounded again and this time, Sensei went to check the training compound; only to be surprised by the sight of the ninja actually training.

Zane was meditating, Cole was practicing on the dummies, Kai was practicing his Spinjitzu, "Ninja, go!" While Jay was deflecting arrows with his nunchucks which Amethyst was shooting at him.

Their practice was going well. Amethyst jumped up, over a dummy, getting an angle to shoot three arrows at Jay.

Jay took his stance and got ready to deflect the arrows when Zane jumped in front of Jay, "Hey! Huh?" Jay said, confused and not noticing that three arrows were coming his way.

Amethyst's eyes widened, she pulled out another arrow quickly and shot it to deflect the three other arrows in different directions.

However, the arrow used to deflect the other ones slightly grazed Jay's hand, "ow!" He shook his hand.

"Sorry!" Amethyst apologized, putting down her bow and arrow and going to check on Jay. She had not taken into consideration that Zane would begin attacking them.

She saw that the graze on Jay's hand began to turn red and felt frustrated by the fact that Zane had disrupted their training since they were in a flow.

Amethyst groaned, shaking her head while she and Jay approached Kai and Cole- all of them regrouping to discuss Zane's behaviour.

Amethyst honestly found that their competitiveness with each other (due to them trying to prove they were the Green Ninja) destructive.

The Wind Ninja sighed as she turned to Kai, Cole and Jay who were speaking about Zane.

"This roof isn't big enough for the five of us." Kai said in a snarky tone, "Correction: This roof isn't big enough for him." Cole motioned to Zane with his eyes.

"It's like he's in his own world." Jay said before raising his voice, "I BET HE CAN'T EVEN HEAR US!" His theory was proven correct when Zane kept on training.

The boys turned to Amethyst, "What do you think, Myst?"

Amethyst pondered a little about his behaviour, Zane has always been unique and this was not something unusual. He was always in his own mind and thoughts however, his uniqueness have recently been enhanced.

She shook her head, "he has always been like this but after your finding of the scroll, things have worsened."

She recalled, reminding them of the fact Zane has recently been mismatching ingredients when preparing dinner and has been unconsciously going into another's room.

"But you have worsened too." Amethyst pointed out, discovering frowns on their faces when she met their eyes.

"Like the time Cole threw a fit because he couldn't find his piece of cake which was RIGHT INFRONT OF HIM." Amethyst found him looking down in shame at her words.

"When Jay broke the videogame console because HE LOST." Amethyst eyed the Lightning Ninja who smiled sheepishly at her.

"And the Fire Ninja who lost one of the golden weapons while it was HANGING in his room." Amethyst sighed, shaking her head in disappointment at the brunette who rubbed the back of his neck in embarrassment.
