The sun was high up in the sky and glaring down on Amethyst and Lloyd. Amethyst was thankful for her hood but the heat her violet gi was attracting was unbearable.

She found Lloyd in the same situation but he seemed to be more concerned by the map he had stolen from the Hypnobrai Tomb.

"Danger" A child's voice travelled next to her left ear, her eyes narrowed at that. She kept her eyes on the map until she caught a glimpse of its contents.

It was as though a shadow was looming over the map and unfortunately, that shadow was none other than a cloud, a rain cloud.

Amethyst looked up only for a droplet of rain to land on her nose, "shit." She groaned, looking around for shelter.

Lloyd quickly tucked the map away.

The wind blew in her direction and forward, directing its pattern to a hut. Amethyst ran to it with Lloyd running beside her.

As soon as she got to the hut though she tripped over a pebble.

"Ames!" Lloyd called out and rushed to her, he knelt down as she sat up and rubbed her forehead.

"I'm fine." She reassured, meeting his eyes briefly. She could find his worry fade and his seemingly uncaring personality settle in.

The Ninja bit down her lips, her eyes shifting from the map he had tucked away and back to her lap. She was debating whether she should question his motive or not.

"What is that map for?" She asked him, ultimately questioning him but knowing Lloyd..

Lloyd frowned at her words, "why do you want to know? To make my life more miserable than it is?" He accused in anger, standing up abruptly.

Amethyst shook her head, standing up aswell, "No.. of course not-" Lloyd cut her off, "you've done nothing but made my life miserable! I hate you."

Amethyst's heart dropped and a cloud of doubt formed in her mind at his words.

Lloyd looked away from her, "whatever. I'm leaving." The tween told her before marching outside of the hut into the pouring rain.

Amethyst watched as he left, leaving her behind.

"Don't.. go.." it was too late though, he was already gone and she.. was left behind.

Amethyst shot awake and as soon as she did, she was ambushed by four figures staring at her. Her eyes widened in fear and she punched the first face in an act of self-defense.

Unfortunately, she had punched Kai. "Ugh!" Kai fell back, holding his nose. Amethyst gasped, getting down from Zane's bunk.

She has been sleeping in the same room as the Ninja until her new room was set. She was going to bunk with Nya but the Ninja insisted she bunked with them.

"Sorry.." She smiled sheepishly at him while the other ninja laughed at Kai's predicament.

Zane approached the Wind Ninja, patting her on the back. "Glad to see you are feeling better, A." He smiled at her.

She flashed him a smile back.

Jay and Cole were murmuring to each other, "ask her." Jay told Cole, "no, you ask." Cole whispered back. Amethyst frowned at them since she heard them loud and clear.

"Ask me what?" She asked before putting her hair up in a loose bun, some strands fell over her face effortlessly.

Jay and Cole eyed each other until Kai decided to speak up, "were you dreaming about Lloyd?" He asked her.
