Laurel was at her office when she found out he was back, she found out on the news. And since then, everyone has been watching her. It was a couple days after his return when he showed up at her office and they went out for a coffee, to talk.
"You went to law school. You said you would." He commented.
"Yeah. Everyone's proud." She nodded, sipping her coffee, trying to figure out how to tell him about the twins. Everyone had agreed it should be her to tell him, but she didn't know how to do so.
"Adam Hunt's a heavy hitter. You sure you want to get in the ring with him?" He asked her and she gave him a deadpan look.
"Five years and you want to talk about Adam Hunt?"
"No. Not really." He admitted with a sigh.
"Why are you here, Ollie?"
"To apologize. It was my fault. I wanted to ask you not to blame her." He told her and she sighed.
"I don't blame her. I was angry at first, but after a while I realised there's no reason to be angry when there's no one left to be angry at. I let my anger go years ago, Ollie. The hurt is there, but anger isn't anymore. Although I probably would feel better if I slapped you at least once." She told him and he gave a slight smile. "I'll wait till your next stupid thing to do that though." She told him with a small smile and he nodded.
"If it helps you to feel better, I'll do anything. Even let you hit me." He told her with a nod and she gave a small smile and a small nod back.
"Good." She told him. "Oliver, there is something else we should talk about, though. When things have settled down a bit." She said, and he could clearly hear the anxious tone in her voice as he nodded with furrowed brows.
"Okay, yeah. Did you want to talk about it now, or..."
"No, um, give it a few days for everything to settle down with everything around, and then we'll talk. Because there's something you should know, but I know that right now you need a minute to adjust being back home, and I'm trying to give that to you." She told him and he nodded with a confused frown.

The day after Oliver's welcome home party Laurel called Oliver to come over to the town house, and when he did she gave him a nervous smile as she walked him into the living room.
"Um, I'm not sure how to tell you this, so I'm just going to say it quickly and hope for the best." She told him and he nodded, confused. "When you and Sarah went down the crash... I was pregnant." She said and watched as his face went slack in shock and his eyes widened a bit. She stood up and walked over to the door and called down the hall. "Girls can you come here for a minute?"
Two little girls came running into the room, both four years old. One with blonde hair, the other with red hair, and both with bright blue eyes. Oliver stared at them with wide, slightly teary, eyes. Laurel bent down next to them.
"Oliver, these are your daughters; Enola Olivia Queen-Lance and Elodie Sara Queen-Lance. They're twins."
"Daughters....?" He managed to choke out in shock.
"Girls, this is your father. Oliver." Laurel told them and the girls looked up at him with wide eyes and bright smiles.
"Daddy!" Enola yelled, happily as she ran over to him, jumping onto the couch and onto him as she threw herself onto him in a hug. Elodie, nervous but still excited, went over too.
"Hello." Elodie whispered out.
"Hi." Oliver said as Enola pulled away from her hug and he looked at both of them, still completely shocked.
