In the weeks that followed, the studio became a second home for the quad. What had initially started as a way to unwind and have fun soon evolved into something much bigger.
The four friends found themselves drawn to the studio's cozy atmosphere and creative energy, and they began spending more and more time there, often meeting up after work or on weekends.
Word quickly spread among their circle of friends, and soon others began to join in on their jam sessions. Musicians, singers, and even a few dancers who were friends or acquaintances of the group started showing up, eager to be part of the vibrant, creative environment that had taken root in the studio. The once-quiet space was now filled with laughter, music, and the shared excitement of collaboration.
Jisoo, who had always been passionate about music, found herself thriving in this new environment. She would spend hours experimenting with different instruments, composing new songs, and collaborating with others on various projects. Jennie, with her natural charisma and energy, became the heart of the group, always encouraging everyone to push their boundaries and try new things.
Jungkook, with his boundless enthusiasm and talent, quickly became the group's go-to for beats and rhythms. His playful nature and love for music made him the perfect partner for Jennie's dynamic personality. The two of them often led the group in spontaneous jam sessions that had everyone laughing and enjoying the creative process.
But there was one thing that hadn't changed since that fateful night at Jennie and Jungkook's place—Taehyung's feelings for Jisoo.
No matter how many people were in the studio, no matter how loud the music got, Taehyung's eyes always seemed to find their way to Jisoo. He watched her with a mixture of admiration and affection, his gaze lingering on her whenever she played the piano or strummed the guitar.
Sometimes, he would catch himself staring and quickly look away, his heart racing as he tried to focus on his own work.
But more often than not, he simply let himself enjoy the sight of her. Jisoo, in her element, was a sight to behold—her passion for music shining through in every note she played, every lyric she sang.
There were moments when their eyes would meet, and a silent understanding would pass between them, a reminder of the connection they had shared that night.
Neither of them had rushed into anything since their talk at the café, but the unspoken feelings between them only seemed to grow stronger with each passing day.
The others had started to notice, too. Jennie, ever the observant one, would often catch Taehyung in the middle of one of his stolen glances at Jisoo. She'd raise an eyebrow and smirk, silently teasing him about his obvious crush.
Jungkook wasn't far behind, either. He'd occasionally nudge Taehyung with a knowing grin, making some offhand comment that would leave Taehyung flustered and Jisoo completely oblivious.
Despite the teasing, Taehyung didn't mind.
There was something comforting about the routine they had fallen into—music, friends, and the quiet moments where he could simply watch Jisoo and appreciate the person she was. It was enough for him, at least for now.
As the weeks turned into months, the studio became more than just a place to make music. It became a sanctuary for all of them, a place where they could express themselves freely, surrounded by friends who shared the same passion.
And through it all, Taehyung's feelings for Jisoo continued to grow, quietly and steadily, like a melody waiting to be played.
Jisoo always noticed him, looking at her and only her, but she didn't mind, because of course she felt the same way.
Something about him made her so much more energetic, her notes while singing would go higher, her moves while dancing would become more powerful and her smile would be more gleeful and her face would glow.
Each time they came at the studio, she started noticing him more and more. There was like a new awareness between them, very subtle but undeniable.
As they wrapped up the session, Jisoo couldn't help but steal one last glance at Taehyung. He was packing up his guitar, chatting with Jungkook, but every now and then, his eyes would flicker in her direction, as if checking to see if she was still there.
And each time he did, Jisoo would feel that same flutter in her chest, a mix of nervousness and excitement.
She didn't fully understand what was happening between them, but she knew one thing for sure—things were changing, and she was curious to see where this new path would lead them.
