🦋 Isabelle sat in the living room with the boys, watching a football match. They were explaining the game to her, she was even more astonished to learn that Alexander and Noah were part of the football team at their university.
The maids arrived with snacks and drinks, Alexander ensured Isabelle had her share. She had a nice time with them, spending the whole day playing games, watching movies - even Cinderella, which left her giggling at their expressions - Disbelief, disgusted.
"Love, let's go, I'll show you around" Alexander whispered Isabelle's confusion was evident "But why?" she asked, Alexander's smile as he tucked a stray hair behind her ear "My wife needs to know her way around her own home" he teased.
They stepped out, Alexander entered the kitchen instructing the four maids "You can leave for the day, no need to prepare dinner" he handed Isabelle a bottle of juice.
Alexander took her on a tour of the house, making sure she remembered some ways. Now, she stood in the garden, surrounded by vibrant flowers. She caressed them with gentle fingers, afraid to hurt their delicate petals. The slightly overgrown grass tickled her feet, and she reveled in the sensation.
As the evening sun dipped below the horizon, dark clouds enveloped the sky, concealing its fading light. Yet, the view remained mesmerizing, with a gentle, cool breeze adding an ethereal quality to the scene.
Isabelle, lost in the beauty of the weather and flowers, froze when a loud growl pierced the air. Her breath hitched as she saw a huge wolf staring intensely at her. She slowly rose to her feet, and in the blink of an eye, the wolf started running towards her. She screamed.
Isabelle felt herself being pulled into a warm embrace. She opened her eyes to find Alexander, his expression etched with worry "Are you okay, love? Are you hurt anywhere?" he asked, scanning her for any injuries. Noah, Lucas, and Ryder looked at her with concern, Isabelle trembled.
Isabelle heard a bark, and clutched Alexander's shirt more tightly, fear gripping her. He gently brushed her hair, trying to calm her down. A few minutes passed before she composed herself. Turning around, she saw the wolf still there, she flinched as it moved closer "It's okay, love, you're fine" Alexander whispered, his eyes fixed on the wolf, which immediately bowed its head "Come, meet Duke" Alexander said. Isabelle's eyes widened in shock "You have a... a wolf as a pet?"
The boys, except Alexander, snickered at her reaction "It's not a wolf, it's a dog – an Utongan" Ryder explained. Isabelle gazed at the dog in astonishment "He's so big" she whispered "He isn't big, you're just short" Lucas chimed in "Come, pet him" Noah suggested, but Isabelle shook her head. The dog was staring at her, she looked at him with a fearful expression.
