"What are you doing here?" Nia asked.

"I came here to say I'm sorry for blackmailing you."

"How did you find me?"

"You told me your mom died so I searched her up and it showed where she was buried."

As Asher was talking, Nia looked past Asher and saw a girl looking at them.

"Yeah that's nice, would you excuse me?"

"Damn it! This is just the beginning Nia, I will get back at you. Then you'll know what it feels like to lose your job."

As Nia got closer to the girl she ran away.

"HEY! STOP!" shouted Nia.

After she got away Nia decided to take a short cut.

"Let me go!" exclaimed the girl.

"Who are you and why are you following me?" Nia asked.

"I didn't do anything!"

"Then why were you running?"

"I saw the cop you were talking to and so I got scared."

"Wait a minute."

Nia pulled out her phone and looked for the picture she saw in Nick's bedroom.

"You're Bevs. You are Nick's ex-girlfriend."

"How do you know my ex-boyfriend?"

"You didn't know?"

"Know what?"

"Nick is dead. He was murdered."

"What! Really!?"

"Yeah, he died this week."

"Do you have any suspects?"

"Yeah, we do."

"Who?"

"You."

"What! I didn't do anything."

"We searched Nick's bedroom and found a picture of him and you. We asked his mom and she said you were his ex-girlfriend. She also said that he'll regret breaking up with you. Then a week later he was murdered."

"Like I said, I didn't do anything."

"You said you were scared when you saw the cop."

"Yeah."

"Why were you scared?"

"No reason..."

"I wasn't born yesterday, does it involve Jackson?"

"Yes, I visited him last week because I wanted to quit my job working for him."

"Did you know his first name?"

"Yes, his name was Ryan."

I knew it.

Later Nia went to the prison where Ryan was being held.

"Hey, Nia." Ryan said.
