Chapter 14: Moving?

Kelsie's POV:

After the showcase, I went to pack up my things and thank the coaches. I'll miss the Showcase Academy, even though I haven't been there very long. My brother Matt, my daughter Skyla, and my two best friends Kaylie and Rhea went with me to the airport at 7:40 pm to start my new life in Miami. Kaylie will be living with me and Skyla. Rhea and Matt are just visiting to help me pick out a house, then they'll go back to Orlando. I really miss living with my brother in Orlando, but I can't stay there because I might run into Damian, and I'm not ready for that. Like yeah, it was in his past that he was living a Rockstar lifestyle but he truly made me believe him that he wasn't like that since he used to spend every possible second that he could with Skyla and me as a family and everything was good well until I was stubborn enough to wrestle even though I wasn't a hundred percent, to be honest, I kind of tipped off the medical staff to clear me since I wanted to wrestle. Without wrestling for my daughter, I would've felt like I was nothing. Plus, I didn't have a job lined up due to the injury in April and then I got back into training once I was healthy so I was mainly doing wrestling and living off savings that I managed to save up ever since I was just 10 years old (saved every cash that my grandparents, aunts, and uncles gave me for holidays and my birthdays and then worked since I was 17). I hope this move will do us good honestly.

After a long plane ride, we finally arrived at our destination. We had booked an Airbnb ahead of time, and they were okay with a late check-in. We were all exhausted, so we went to bed to get some rest. I woke up earlier than expected, so I made breakfast with Skyla for everyone. Rhea joined us in the kitchen and thanked me for the food. I told your welcome and I didn't mind making it. Then we went upstairs to wake up Kaylie and Matt. Skyla had already gotten to Matt's room and was giggling and saying, "Wake up, Uncle Matty. We made breakfast!" When we went upstairs, Matt and Kaylie were still asleep. We left them to join us to have breakfast and after Rhea and I cleaned up the kitchen before we headed out with Kaylie while Matt had uncle and niece time. Apparently Rhea haves a surprise for me which WWE gave the go ahead for it whatever it was until she actually gave it away since she was like they would want you to change it but they will let you know about it when we go to Boston on July 1st for Monday Night Raw. SO with that being said she thought it was good to change my hair so I look unrecognizable to you know who since I bet you I still wouldn't be okay to talk to him, although he has been trying to reach out saying he saw my last matches and how come I left there? Oh just you wait haha I thought into my head. We went into the hair salon and Rhea went up to the front desk saying, "Hi we have appointment for Mrs. Adams and Ms. Riddle". She looks at us and says, "Right let me check you in and let the stylists know. Do you want a glass of champagne while your waiting?". We all nod and she leaves to tell the staff and get champagne for us. She came back with it and brought us to a room Rhea has rented to have a bit more privacy because fans recognized Rhea pretty quickly. Minutes later, two salon artists came in and asked what we wanted to do. Rhea wanted hers to be a touch up since her roots were showing a bit (making this up) and then Rhea told the other one for my hair which she just had showed me a picture of it and honestly I like it, I think its badass. Kaylie wondered what it looked like so she showed it to her too and she loved it too. *Skipping the hair coloring process* Our hair was officially done and Rhea paid them and gave them extra for a tip and then we headed onto house hunting but we went to see what Riddle was up to with Skyla so they can tag along with us so we went "home" to clean and check out while waiting for Matt and Skyla. "Matt is probably gonna freak but I am not sure" Rhea and Kaylie both said. We all laughed because they said it at the same time. I decided to delete my social medias for now since I don't want him to know my new hairstyle and all if that makes sense.
