POV: Celestia Riddle~~v^v~~
Flashes of green dark past the stands and whirl around one of the Slytherin stands flags on top of the canopy. Then flashes of red do the same with a Gryffindor stand.
"Hello and welcome to Hogwarts' first Quidditch game of the season! Today's game is Gryffindor versus Slytherin!" Lee announced. He yelled 'Slytherin' in joy, while he slightly sneered at his own house.
Cheers were heard from all the stands, Slytherins, Gryffindors, Ravenclaws, Hufflepuffs, and even teachers. All the players flew around the pitch as the cheers continued.
"For the Gryffindor teams we have Luisa Grant and Alonzo Melcole as Beaters, Chasers we have Angelina Johnson, Alicia Spinnet, and Katie Bell, the Keeper is Captain Oliver Wood, and the seeker is Lola Kartridge!" Lee announced, and the Gryffindor stands erupted in cheers.
"For Slytherin team, we have the Demon twins, Fredrick and George Weasley as Beaters, Chasers are Adrian Pucey, Captain Marcus Flint, and our very own Hadrian Black! Their Keeper's Miles Bletchley, and finally their seekers Slytherin's queen, Celestia Riddle!" Lee announced with much gusto and more dramatics to it, and not just the Slytherin stands, but also the Ravenclaw and guest stands went absolutely wild.
I could see Uncle Regulus and James in the stands as well as Luna and Fleur, Aleks and Ana in the guest stands. But most surprisingly, I saw Uncle Remus. I haven't seen him since he decided to join Mr. Greyback's pack. I guess the news about Hades being found and Pads' release brought him back, at least temporarily.
Everyone then flew into positions, i was staring right into the eyes of the Gryffindor seeker, i could tell by the way she was looking at me, she underestimated me.
"The players fly into position as Madame Hooch steps out to begin the game!" Lee announces as Madame Hooch steps out onto the field right next to a trunch, her fists on her hips.
"Now I want a nice clean game." She commanded, looking up at us and squinting her golden eyes at us. "From all of you."
She then kicked the trunk and the two bludgers flew out along with a flash of golden light. "The bludgers erupt, followed by the golden snitch. Remember the snitch is worth a hundred and fifty points, the player who catches the snitch wins the game." He announced as the golden winged ball flew around both Lola and I, then flying off.
Then Madame Hooch steps behind the trunk and picks the quaffle up and tosses it into the air. "The quaffle is released, and the game begins!" At that moment, Marcus flew over and caught the quaffle shooting right towards the Gryffindor goals, throwing it over to Hades before getting cornered, Hades bolting over to the goals and scoring, a bell ringing as he did.
"Hadrian Black scores 10 points to Slytherin!"
I clap, narrowly dodging a bludger that Fredrick hit back over to a Gryffindor player, Alicia Spinnet, knocking her down. Flint then made another score into the Gryffindor goal after dodging past the other two Gryffindor Chasers left and a few bludgers bolting towards him.
"Captain Marcus Flint scores 10 points to Slytherin!"
As i was scouting out for the snitch, Lola still looking at me arrogantly, i see Bletchley falling off of his broom after getting unfairly hit off it by a bludger Katie Bell sent his way, she then scored in our goal.
"Katie Bell scored 10 points for Gryffindor." Lee announced less enthusiastically.
Then they scored again.
And again.
And again.
They eventually had 50 points on us, the score being 90:40. Our team felt that all hope was lost. Until, I spotted the snitch right behind Lola. I made a bolt towards her, and she dodged out of the way thinking I was trying to distract her. It took her a good 10 seconds to register the snitch I was bolting after, and she tried to follow, but I had the upper hand. Thank lady magic Aleks got me the nimbus 2000.
