Chapter 10
Sabreen's friends, Ramlah, Umaymah, and Waleedah, arrived at her house, eager to catch up and hear about her latest news. They settled into the cozy living room, surrounded by plush cushions and warm lighting. Sabreen offered them refreshments, and they sipped their tea and nibbled on sweet pastries as they chatted.
Ramlah, always the curious one, asked Sabreen about her business venture. Sabreen's eyes lit up as she shared her ideas and plans. Umaymah and Waleedah listened intently, offering words of encouragement and support.
As they talked, Sabreen mentioned her growing feelings for Arham. Her friends teased her good-naturedly, but also offered valuable advice. "Be careful, Sabreen," Umaymah said. "Make sure he's the right guy for you."
Sabreen nodded, taking their words to heart. She knew her friends had her best interests at heart.
The conversation turned to Sabreen's encounter with Bilkisu. Her friends listened with concern, their expressions serious. "Be careful around her," Waleedah warned. "She sounds like trouble."
Sabreen nodded, feeling a shiver run down her spine. She knew her friends were right.
As the afternoon wore on, the conversation turned to Sabreen's business. Her friends shared some insightful recommendations, brainstorming ideas and offering to help in any way they could.
As the visit came to a close, Sabreen walked her friends out. As she returned to her room, she noticed a strange text message on her phone. The message read: "You think you're so smart, don't you? But you have no idea what's coming."
Sabreen felt a shiver run down her spine. Who could be sending her such a cryptic and ominous message? She tried to brush it off, but the words lingered in her mind.
