Blood and gore warning!

'sirens? ' A super thief thought to herself, 'Why would there be sirens? Player disabled the security systems.' there were sounds that indicated there was a helicopter above her, though she didn't process it. Team red had been on a series of missions trying to steal back the mona Lisa, with little success. They'd been tracking it from Louvre Pairs, all the way to San Diego California. And for the first time, had fallen for the decoy! They had returned the fake to the museum! So, they now have to steal that back as to use it to get the real painting back where it belonged. But right now, she couldn't think straight enough to realize she couldn't think straight. Cause she wasn't on a caper, and she wasn't wearing her red hat and coat, and she was not ok. Carmen was barely conscious, and vary unaware of what was going on. Something Carmen didn't even know was on top of her was lifted, and she watched as some one covered with a white sheet was carried on a stretcher into an ambulance. A gloved hand went to Carmen's neck, looking for something no one thought would be there. "She's alive!" The woman shouted, suddenly people surounded her. Nothing yet everything went through her head. She wanted to run, and yet she wanted to succumb, to give in. They were all talking to her, all trying to see how much damage had been done, 'Damage? what damage? ' "Carm!?" it shot through the air. Normally, the boston voice would bring joy, but this time? For whatever reason, it brought pain, grief, and sorrow. She wanted to cry, wanted to talk, wanted to say she was sorry. For what she didn't know... Ivy pushed her way past the Doctors and nurses to her friend, not able to keep the tears from flowing when she finally set eyes on her. Ivy dropped to her knees, gently picking up her sister's hand from where it had been on the road. "Carm?" She asked weakly, Carmen's eyes were half lidded, she look up towards her. Ivy choked on a sob, Carmen squeezed her hand. Her breaths were shallow, pulse weak and slow. She didn't have long. A doctor came over and gave her a shot to kill the pain. That was all he could do. Ivy looked up at the night sky, "Please" was all she could whisper. The moments ticked by, and by now the first responders had discarded the black van that the young woman had been hit and partly run over by. Carmen was covered in blood, her clothes ripped, flesh torn, and life fading. It was truly an awful sight to behold, and a fate she wouldn't wish on her worst enemy. Minutes ticked by painfully slow, and Carmen became more and more aware. She lifted her head from the bloodied road, Ivy had practically cried herself to sleep. Carmen looked at herself, bloodied and broken. She looked at her surroundings, and slowly, painfully, tried to stand. She was at least in an upright position now. She put a blood covered hand to her head, accidentally disturbing Ivy. She looked around for a moment before meeting Carmen's gaze, she smiled helplessly at Ivy. "Help me up?" she asked "No way! Y-you need an ambulance! You just got hit by a van Carm!" Ivy said, her voice laced with relief as well as panic. This, got the doctors attentions. "Hey! This kid's alive!" One shouted his voice shocked yet determined, the other nodded. They got Carmen on a stretcher and to the hospital... Five surgeries later, and Carmen's in a hospital bed. Her left arm is wrapped, and the worst of her cuts were bandaged. For now Carmen lay there resting, trying to get some amount of strength back. The rest of team red was there now to, none of them able to take their eyes off her. Shadowsan blamed himself, Ivy was still shaking, Zack was mortified, Player was having a panic attack from where he was in Canada, (He had seen the whole thing through a security cam.) and no one knew what to do. So they just sat there, hoping that she'd wake up soon...Two weeks they spent in that hospital till Carmen was strong enough to survive on her own, after that they got her back to red base where she made a full recovery... Currently, Carmen was outside trying to clear her head. It wasn't working. "You alright Carm?" Zack asked, shutting the front door behind him. She shrugged, she hadn't been quite the same since the accident. Zack put a hand on her shoulder, "What's wrong Carm? What are ya not telling us?" he asked. Carmen's eyebrows shot up at that, she turned to him. "Look Car, it doesn't take a genius to figure out that you're keeping something secret." He said, she looked down, "That van, came straight at me going eighty miles an hour." she said tone cold as ice, "You mean V.I.L.E. was behind it?" he asked. "Worse. The guy behind the wheel, was Gray." Her voice breaking at the name.
