As the day wound to an end, students from several classes crowded around our door, much to the surprise of everyone here. "Uh, why the heck are you all here?!"

"Should we...?"

"No, I'm curious how this will play out. let's stay and watch." Nico says.

"Do you students have some sort of business with our class?"

"They're scouting out the competition you idiots." Bakugou says walking to the door. That would have also been my guess if I'm honest. "We're the class that survived a real villain attack. They want to see us with their own eyes."

"Lets hope he doesn't offend anybody?"

"Please, I'd bet money he will." I said softly.

"At least now you know what a future pro looks like. Now move it extras." I doubled over laughing about the fact I was right, while Iida made his hand chopping motion at him and Midoriya tried to tell him off. Iida's motions made Nico and Will giggle too.

"You can't walk around calling people extras just because you don't know who they are!" Iida turned out to be the one telling him off, because Midoriya was at a complete loss for words.

"So this is class 1-A. I heard you guys were impressive, but you just sound like an ass." I calmed myself, but was still smiling. "Is everyone in the hero course delusional, or just you?"

"Hah?!" The rest of the class was shaking their heads 'no' as fast as they could.

"How sad to come here and find ego maniacs." He scratched the back of his neck. "I wanted to be in the hero course. But like many others here, I was forced to choose a different track. Such is life. I didn't cut it the first time around, but I have another chance. If any of us do well in the sports festival, the teachers can decide to transfer us to the hero course. And they'll have to transfer people out to make room. Scouting the competition, maybe some of my peers are, but I'm here to let you know if you don't do your very best, I'll steal your spot from right under you. Consider this a declaration of war." It was silent, and I scoffed, going up to him, bag in hand.

"Please, you barely know the meaning of the word." He looked taken aback, and slightly angry. "War isn't just something you declare because you're a bitter little baby who didn't get what he wanted. War isn't something you declare to be petty. You declare war when you're fighting for what you believe in. So much so, you're willing to kill for it." I look him in the eyes, and he shivers. "And looking at you, you're nothing more than someone who thinks he has this. Don't get overconfident. It may just be your downfall. Judging by your stature, you have a mental quirk, correct?"

"Yeah, what about it?"

"Your quirk alone, no matter how strong your mind is, is nothing if your body can't follow suit. You think you can take our spots, that's fine. But we all worked hard for our positions, and I can guarantee if you're looking for a fight, you're in over your head." The shadows of the students clung to me. "None of us are going down easy. You may have a fighting chance, but I will warn all of you once. We all die in war. And if it's war you want. it's war you're going to get. The only question is, who will die first?" I pop my sword out and point it at him, Nico doing the same. Will's cheery personality is replaced by an aura of pain, and he grips a dagger.

The students back up and clear a pathway, none of them wanting to get hurt. That is, until one guy pushes through. "Hey! I'm from 1-B next door to you! We heard you fought some villains, and I came to see if that was true! But you're just a bunch of brats who think you're better than us!" He charges at me, and I step out of the way, and he hits some girls on accident with his quirk active. It reminds me of Kirishima's hardening, but he turns into steel. He deactivates his quirk, and tries to apologize to the girls, when I hit him with the hilt of my sword and knock him out.

"Your reflexes are sloppy, and you turn your quirk off too soon. You pay little to no attention to your surroundings, and you failed to disarm me. If you really wanted a fair fight, you'd try to use stealth and the ammount of people here to take advantage and disarm me while I'm distracted." I turn to the group. "You all want to be heroes so badly? I have a bit of advice for you. Never let your enemy take advantage of your emotions. It will only get you killed at the end."

"Hey! Where are you going! It's partially your fault these people all hate us Bakugou!"

"These people don't matter. The only thing that's important is that I beat them."

"Evelina!"

"They can try, but they aren't anywhere near our level. But I have to say, I can at least admire their determination." Is all I say before disappearing.
