Its been 2 weeks since the incident happened, and cases have been filed against Kenneth with the help of Lizzy's parents and Roderick's friends from a Law firms.

Lizzy didn't come to her home in that two weeks, that house gave her trauma that she always cry when she goes to her house, so Roderick decided to let her stay in his house.

Roderick is the one who moved her things and clothes she needs while she's staying in his house.

"Love, the hearing will start at Ten. We need to go" Roderick reminds her cause its already Nine in the morning, they will drive pa to the court.

She opened the door. "I'm ready napo" she clung her arms to his. "You're so gorgeous, Love" as they walk side by side, heading out.

She did kiss his cheeks only, then he assisted her get in the car.

They arrived in court at 9:45. 15 minutes early before the hearing starts. Their lawyer welcomed them to a room.

"So we have all these evidence, all we need to do is Lizzy stay strong until the hearing is done, cause we will hear the accused lying to defend himself" their lawyer told them. Lizzy held Rodericks hand while nodding.

"What about, her letting that bitch live with her?" The attorney nodded. "Uh to that, Mam Lizzy already testify that she only did that because of their son, so its nothing to do with that"

"Okay, please do everything" as Roderick stood up with Lizzy. Atty. Madrigal smiled then lead them out.

Now the hearing is ongoing, and as their lawyer told them, Kenneth will lie in front of the court that Lizzy can't take.

"Lizzy! Please tell them that we did it na nag agree tayong dalawa" Kenneth will get your sympathy if you're inside the courtroom.

He did lie, all that he said is all lie. Lizzy is now tearing up, she can't take it.

Lizzy shake her head, not agreeing to what his saying.

She stood up crying. "No! Kenneth! You're lying! Lahat ng sinabi mo kasinungalingan!" She screamed at him crying.

Roderick held her hand for her to calmdown. Now Atty. Madrigal ask her to sit down and he will do his job.

"Your honor, I wanted to show all these evidence na magpapatunay na lahat ng sinabi ng akusado ay kasinungalingan" she handed the folder that contains usb and a photo.

"That file was saved by my client's friend."

Then a cctv footage played. "That footage was taken years ago in a restaurant where you can see that my client excused herself to go to the restroom"... then the video continue.

"You can see here that the accused get something to his pocket and pour it to my clients drink" now all the sympathy went to Lizzy's side.

"Hindi nagtagal bumalik si Ms. Chavez at nagsimula na kumain ang mga ito".... "makikita mo sa mukha ng akusado na madalas ang pagtingin sa inumin ng biktima" Atty. Madrigal followed.

They continue to watch the footage until Lizzy lost consciousness. "You can see that the accuse rushed to carry the victim and head out from the restaurant"...

"Objection your honor" Kenneth's lawyer interrupted.

"Proceed to the objection"

"How sure are you that my client did something after that? Hindi ba pwedeng nahilo lang si Ms. Chavez?" He asked.

The judge signaled Atty. Madrigal to speak. "If you watched and focus to the footage, imposibleng bigla nalang mahihilo ang kliyente ko o mawawalan ng malay basta basta, Ms. Chavez is cheerful in the footage at first" she rebutted.
