Zee was worried out of her wits. They had no access to what had happened inside the room but it didn't sound so good. They were listening to all noises and Zee was pretty sure, that even though the gun had a silencer, she heard it shoot. Now they'd know that at least someone was onto them and they'd probably change the day of the deal.
But that wasn't her main problem. Main problem was that even if Han's head was bleeding slightly, it wasn't the blood Luna's shoes had left the mark of. While Chan and the others fussed over Han's head injury, Zee pulled Mia toward Luna's room. The door was closed of course.
Zee knocked on it till Luna finally answered.
"A bit busy here," she yelled, but Zee wasn't having it. Luna was hurt and as usual, she was going to patch herself up in the bathroom herself.
"Let us help, please," Zee pleaded.
"With what?" Luna's voice yelled back and before Zee could answer, Mia spoke up.
"You're letting us in or I'm breaking down this door right this instant," she said.
"Give me a minute," Luna's voice replied.
It was definitely over a minute when Luna opened the door. Her eyes were bloodshot and despite the mask, Zee could tell she was in pain.
"Get in," Luna said and closed the door shut behind them.
She was clutching her right side. Mia softly pulled her hand away and they both gasped.
"There's so much blood," Mia muttered.
They wasted no time and went to the bathroom where Zee could see a lot of bloody cotton in the dustbin.
"Hold it up," Zee said as she pulled Luna's turtleneck over to see the side of her stomach.
"Holy freakin-" Mia muttered.
"Hell," Luna completed the sentence.
Zee immediately went to work while Mia helped her. Sighing, Zee realized that it was a bullet wound.
"You removed the bullet yourself, didn't you?" she questioned, already knowing the answer.
Luna didn't reply. It took Zee about twenty minutes to patch her up and even though Luna kept her eyes and mouth tightly shut, Zee and Mia winced on her behalf. Mia grabbed a random hoodie from the chair in Luna's room and they both waited outside on Luna's bed while she cleaned up and changed.
Zee gave her a painkiller after she returned, not without a glare though which was hard to get through since Luna was avoiding her eyes. Luna then moved to the door, confusing Zee.
"Where-" she questioned but Luna interrupted her.
"We need to discuss some stuff we found out," Luna replied and left before Zee could stop her.
"I'm going to tie her up with chains if she doesn't get some rest after this," Mia muttered and Zee almost laughed. They had definitely done that before and it was one of the rare moments they had heard Luna laugh.
In the conference room, the Stray kids and Jihyo were already present. Luna had just entered, and Jeongyeon entered after Zee and Mia, but at least she had sandwiches. Everyone picked one, everyone but Luna, of course.
"About the ruckus you guys created," Jihyo started.
"They won't change the dates," Luna said, sitting on a chair near the door.
"But those 2 guards saw your masks-"
"And they're dead now," Luna said casually. "And when Kai and Haewon left, Haewon's mask must have dropped a feather, thus they'll be the suspects."
