Reidan and Keira were visiting the Davenport-Dooley house. Davenport wanted Reidan to observe the teens bionic training, Keira was just there to hang out with Leo.
Of course— Reidan agreed. The more she got to know Adam, Bree, and Chase, the more she learned about their abilities, and she could not wait for this next one— Davenport was getting them trained for handling extreme climates. Being a tech nerd really paid off.
As Davenport was giving them the rundown of the next phase in their training. Reidan was hovering over the cyber desk.
"Okay guys, the next phase of your training is handling extreme climates. So, we'll frost Chase, bake Bree, and submerge Adam," He pointed at the three of them.
"Not part of the training, I just got one of those carnival dunk tanks and I can't wait to try it out!" Davenport said. Reidan chuckled.
"Well, I definitely think you found your perfect test subject for that one," she pointed at Adam, who was more than willing to be dunked.
Chase enthusiastically jumped into his capsule, Reidan peered down at the Cyberdesk.
"Alright Chase, Mr. Davenport wants me to set your capsule to "Antarctic" if it gets to be too much just send me a sign," Reidan said, clicking away at the desk in front of her. She scrolled her fingers down on the digital screen, setting the temperature to 40 below.
"Bring it!" Chase spoke. His capsule started whirring when Reidan pressed the button.
"Hey that's not fair! I want to be abused by the weather!" Leo complained, recieving a snicker from Keira.
"Leo, you can barely handle the weather when it reaches 80 in the spring. You claim it messes up your 'Leo glow'" Keira retorted, holding up her fingers to make air quotes.
"Plus, if you really want to be abused— try standing over here next to Adam's morning breath," Bree grimaced, Adam scoffed.
"I don't have morning breath, it smells like that all day!" Adam retorted, Keira pursed her lips together amusingly.
"Leo, these guys are genetically engineered to handle these kind of climates. You're not," Mr. Davenport stated. Reidan and Keira couldn't help but nod in agreement.
"I may not be able to handle the awful spring heat, but I can handle extreme cold," Leo retorted. Mr. Davenport rolled his eyes.
"Leo. You get brain freeze from chewing mint gum," Davenport emphasized. Reidan chuckled.
"Seriously bro? Mint gum?" She asked him. Leo crossed his arms and pouted, looking down at the cyber desk.
