At school, Reidan was just leaving the office to grab her progress report. Surprisingly she was doing rather well— being in a new environment and all.
She glanced at the card and saw all the nice notes her teachers had left, along with her grades. However— something else struck her when she noticed her report.
Overall grade: A 'A B+?!' She thought to herself in disappointment. She had always been a straight A student and seeing that B really upset her.
She stared at it shocked before leaving the office. She met up with Leo, Bree, and Adam over by the lockers.
"I can't believe my science teacher says I'm always late to class!" Leo was clearly annoyed. Reidan pursed her lips and cocked her head.
"Hey guys! What's up!" Reidan asked casually. Bree cocked her head to the side.
"Nothing much, what's up with you Ray Ray?" Bree wondered. Reidan showed off her progress report.
"I got a B+ in history! HISTORY! Ugh this is my worst grade yet!" She slapped the piece of paper down to her thighs, rubbing her right temple. Bree and Adam shot her deadpanned looks.
"Trust us, you'll be fine—" Bree sarcastically inquired when she got a quick glance at Reidan's grades.
"And Leo, you are always late to class..." Adam pointed out.
"I know that but I don't need it publicized!" Leo said. Adam went back to his locker, Chase ran in the hallway all agitated.
"Look at this! An A minus? I knew my Home Ec teacher had it out for me. Always criticizing my muffins," Chase said with a scowl.
"Believe me, your muffins could be a lot better..." Reidan snarked, showing Chase her report.
"If it makes you feel better Chase, I'm currently at a B+ in my history class. My worst grade yet!" Reidan complained, brushing her hair out of her face. Chase looked at her deadpanned.
Adam took his paper out of his locker and showed it off to everyone proudly.
"Haha! I beat you! I got a D+!" Adam snarked. Reidan and Chase just glanced at each other with raised eyebrows.
"You know what, I feel like that's an accomplishment for him," Reidan inquired.
Keira was distressed, looking at her paper. She walked up to Leo and Bree to tell them the situation.
