s. 3 ep. 10: Zilla

Y/n POV:

"He's something that I regret to this day...something I wished I never created." I said just having told the story of why I had left.

Everyone had a look of horror as I told it. "So this thing was made after the Scorpios?" Kenji questioned.

"No, he was the first. He was the first Hybrid to ever exist. Wu, must of created the Scorpios after."

"So, what do we do?" Darius asked.

I had no idea what to do. With Zilla on a rampage he will kill everything on the island just to hurt me. But if we tried to stop him we'll all die...

"We leave..." Everyone looked at me. "We get to Costa Rica, then it's over...it's not our problem..."

"What? So we're just gonna let the Executioner kill everything?" Sammy said. "We have to do something."

"Sammys right. If we don't, everything on the island will die." Brooklynn agreed.

"You guys don't get it! Zilla is nothing like anything we've ever seen. He is way worse than the Scorpios and the Indominus Rex combined. He could take down an entire country in one night and you will never see him coming...there's simply nothing we can do...I don't wanna fight him...I can't..."

"Y/n. This isn't about the past it's about now. We have to stop him before he could kill anymore. We know you're scared to face him again, but if we don't you'll just be running again."

I sighed. I didn't want to fight him. I don't even know if I could do what's necessary. He was my brother, heck, even when he was born, it felt like he was my son.

I don't know if I can bring myself to do it. I took a breath and thought about everything we had fought for. We survived the Indominus Rex. We then came on top against some hunters. And now had won against the Scorpioses.

But this was our only chance to escape. We can go...or stay and finally come face to face with my past...

"I don't know if I can do it....I was gonna have us leave, leaving the dinosaurs to fend for themselves...and I was gonna do it to keep us safe. But I changed my mind. But Zilla is still out there and he'll continue to kill until there'll be nothing left on the island...all I could think about was myself, not wanting to deal with him again...I'm sorry...what I said after the Scorpios attacked and when we saved Sammy...it can't be like that. It can't. What we do, what we're willing to do, who we are, is not my call. It can't be. I reminded myself on what this group has accomplished, what we have accomplished. We're the reason we're still here, not me. This is life and death. How you live...how you die...it isn't up to me...I know you guys see me as your leader or whatever, but this isn't a call I should make on my own. We chose to go. We chose to stay. We stick together...we vote. We can stay and fight him or we can go..."

Everyone stayed silent for a few minutes while looking to each other. "This might be the only chance we have to leave..." Kenji started. "But if we were had made it this long and took down two hybrids. We might be able to stand a chance. I'm with you."

"Kenji's right. I can't believe I just said that right now but, we have to stay and fight. I'm with you." Yaz said.

"You helped save my life and been there for us all the way. I'm with you." Sammy said.

"You went after me, even when you didn't need to. I'm with you." Ben said.

"You've always been there for me, Y/n. Always had my back when it mattered. What kind of friend would I be if I wasn't there for you now. No matter I'm with you to the end." Darius said.
