Tari, and Theo, warped inside Ultra Jump Mania to bring the green kid back to his home, and avoid the risk of his life to be in danger when lasting longer outside his game. When the blue haired girl was promising that she would always visit him from time to time, they've found out a second Theo in the game they were warped in, being kicked out in the process.
After returning to the real world, they've figured out that Theo needed to be back at the Ultra Jump Mania cartridge he was originally from, which, unfortunately for them, was in Lucks and TAS Corp.'s hands. With that in mind, Masa suggested for them to do a plan made by the elders of MD5, named operation "Silent Demon".
Lamar disagreed, extremely concerned with the safety of his new friends, for barely having joined the team, albeit, the goatee-bearded was outnumbered when noticing Sofia was in agreement with the shaggy-haired Meta Runner's suggestion.
All of them were ordered to get some sleep, because they would explain what was the plan for Tari and Theo the next day.
In Belle's side of the story, she's found out a lot about the Project Blue, with the loads of footage made by the late Dr. Sheridan, informing to be finding a host to download an sort of AI into their Meta Runner arm.
The last footage, though, seemed to record a failure in the experiment, with Belle recognizing the voice of said host, and falling on her knees, crying an unhealthily amount of tears.
Later that night, in the MD-5's Hideout, Tari had a nightmare out of fear that she would fail in this plan of their, looking for someone to talk for her to calm down. When thinking of who to chat with, the lady remembered a phone card she still had, calling out the one that saved her.
She, and the man, whose revealed his name to be Luigi, a plumber, had a nice, comfortable chat, with him being kind, motivating to her, and relieved that she was safe after their last meeting. When Tari told Luigi that she was scared to fail her new friends, and why she was, he reassured her, with a promise that she will be fine, in the end, with, or without him. She managed to sleep after that call, now fully calmed.
In the morning of the next day, after hers, Theo's, and Lamar's food time, Sofia and Masa began the presentation of how the operation Silent Demon will work.

When Sofia typed on her tablet to begin the presentation, three little chibi* versions of Masa, Lamar, and herself, spawned in the holographic mountain fields that she first spawned on the dining table, with the small Sofia waving at the blue-green duo, prior to turn their back at them, a castle spawn a little far from them, and the three start running towards the fortress.
