SERENA HAS SLEPT PEACEFULLY THIS NIGHT, no nightmares following her around, this might even have been the best sleep she has got since last four months.
"scum ball" She heard Jenna say those with annoyance laced tone, looking over at TV where there was news reporter talking how the animal who has attacked those peoples have been caught "scum bucket"
Serena frowned "Jenna, are you seeing things?" She asked
Elena chuckled "she's talking to the news guy" She said as she made herself some toast
"also known as Logan 'scum' fell" Jenna rolled her eyes, then turned to her nieces "did your mom tell you why i moved away from Mystic falls?"
Elena gasped while chuckled "no way, you and him?" she said looking over at TV "he's cute"
Serena gave a disgusted look to her sister "Are you high right now?"
Elena rolled her eyes "he is cute" she shrugged
"i am starting to really question your taste in men" Serena mumbled, shaking her head
"i agree with Rere, he's not cute. there's nothing cute about him" She said, turning the TV off, Elena sat down as she got through some old things from the box she bad found "what are you doing with that?" Jenna asked her as Serena walked over to sink to get water
"i got it from the safe deposit box" Elena explained "mom has told Mrs.Lockwood she would loan it to the founders council for their heritage display"
"Thats today isn't it?" Serena groaned as Her twin sent a nod in her direction "no breakfast for me then" she mumbled, putting the bread back where it was
"Is that Grandma Beth's wedding ring?" Jenna asked picking it up
"originally, it was Great-great-grandma mary's wedding ring" Elena answered as Jeremy came into the view, walking downstairs and walking towards them, interested in what was going on
he took the ring in his hands "How much do you think this stuff is worth, like, on eBay?"
Serena snickered at that comment but when Elena aggressively took the ring from him, she figured that she shouldn't have found that funny
