A FEELING OF BEING SCARED IS WHAT ELENA FELT as she tried to open the door for herself and free her sister who was stuck in the drivers sit. a feeling of numbness is what Serena felt as she tried to open the door and get herself out while looking out from the window, seeing how closer the guy was getting to them. the vampire on the street stood up, walked closer and closer to the car until Serena saw his shoes as Elena screamed. suddenly The Vampire sped away causing both Gilberts to look confused, there was a sound of someone speeding up to them. Serena saw the face of Damon Salvatore in front of her as she gasped with the strength she had left
"How you doing in there?" Damon asked as she looked at the girl hanging in front of him. deep inside he was worried which he would never admit to himself
"Damon" Elena cried out in relief, kicking her door open and crawling out, knowing he would save her sister
"You look stuck" Damon said, standing up and looking at the car closely, thinking what he can do
"It's her seat belt, we couldn't get it off of her" Elena said, her voice trembling. she wasn't wearing hers which was the reason why she could get out easily
"Let me get you out of here" Damon said as he kneeled down to her, hearing Serenas sobs as she tried to to express how hurt she was right now "I want you to put your hands on the roof" he said, she did it "just like that, you ready?"
she nodded
"one,two,three" He said, ripping the seat belt off, before Serena could fall down even more because of the proportion of how car was upside down, she was already into Damons arms "gotcha" He said, holding her tight into him, looking at her face "you okay? can you stand?" he asked, Elena looked at him with a frown as she wondered if she heard a hint of worry in his voice or was she hallucinating "anything broken?" he asked with the same tone
Serena shook her head, feeling like nothing was broken as she tried to stand on her own but when she did, she almost fell, Elena flinched, trying to catch her which was pointless try as Serena was caught by Damon before she could fall
