That falling effect

The darkness doesn't  have any recollection of time or any sort of space for that matter, darkness exists upon it's own accord and is natural no matter how you look at it. If you were to look around you now I can assure you somewere in the location you are in contains that element of darkness and of course there are things to help prevent darkness like light but not in Alice's case. Our blonde mistress was falling into what she thought was certain death and she felt as though the burning sensation in her throat was surely going to kill her but it didn't...it provided her with light. Out in the sea of darkness floated a fireplace it looked familliar to her but she had no recollection of where it was from. Alice was no longer sure if she was in limbo or if she was dead...this in her many days of work was anew sensation, nothing like cocaine or ketaine she did back at the shady dealers house she visited upon multiple affairs.

Alice looked down hazily at her dress which was blowing around in a gentle wind which proved she wasn't dead and that her will to die hadn't been fulfilled by the reaper. She could see something come from out of the darkness which looked like a face to begin with but as it came closer it began to rapidly dart around which messed with her eyes even more so than the cyanide and liquor. The face didn't have eyes or a mouth of any other sort of features it was just skin...or at least what looked like skin but then it became apparent. This wasn't a face this was a nose and was just part of a face because out of the darkness came two gleaming eyes and pearly white jagged teeth. Alice had to shield her eyes to the sudden gleam from the eyes. "Who do you think you are Alice?". The face had a voice crossed between her mother when she was drunk and her grandmother just before she had died, violent in places and then soft and dream like. "Well I am Alice Muddle and who are you?" there was a tense silence between the face and Alice almost like it was getting ready to pounce "I am your worst nightmare". Alice curled up into a ball at the thought of this because she knew what her worst nightmare was although it was somewhat hazy and distant but she had seen this face before. The floating head turned round at a rapid pace getting faster and faster with each rotation and then it disappeared  and Alice now felt safe again. She could hear something in te distant like a glugging sound coming from behind her and as she spun round to see the source of the noise she found it was her mother. "Now what time do you call this you little slut?". Alice felt a large force push her back into the darkness but felt no pain just a pushing sensation "you think you're better than me don't you with your blonde hair and skimpy dress, well I will show you who the fuck you think you're upstaging!". Alice felt a barrage of pushes from this dream state mother, she knew it was dream state because it couldn't harm her. Suddenly out of the darkness a large bottle of Brandy flung towards Alice's mothers head and she shattered along with the Brandy bottle into a million pieces.

Alice was scared in fact she hadn't felt this kind of fear since her mother first beat her when she was only eight. When Alice thought it was all over the face reappeared but this time it had multiple heads with each face being one of her previous "clients". The sad thing was about this was that Alice could only name about three of them out of the eight that were there James Greshkil the butcher that used to drink in the Homeward Bound inn, Kyle Kennedy the baker that liked to have fun when his wife was out of town on business and Shane Relham the candlestick maker who was one of Alice's regulars but the others were strangers to her. The faces came towards her of the three she knew "fancy some fun mistress?" "come on Alice the wife's out of town again why don't you come over?" "come on let me show you a good time!" The faces wrapped around her like snakes do their prey and Alice felt constricted by the long slender necks of the three gentlemen. But from out of the darkness came which looked like a man in a suit on a horse wielding a sword which  sliced up the necks and sent the heads of the butcher, baker and candlestickmaker into the darkness below. Alice was helped onto the horse by the gentleman to find it was none other than Hatter. "well you do find yourself in some very peculiar circumstances don't you mistress" Alice smiled which had been the first time in a while "it sure would seem that way Hatter although I do wonder where I am?". Hatter halted his steed which upon inspection was made from old vaccum cleaner pipes, corregated tin, rusted pipes and some wings formed from tarpaulin. "Well mistress I could say you are here, there and everywhere, over there, over here only you know the answer to that". Hatter indicated to his steed that the two wish to press on into the darkness, he then poured out water into a teacup and passed it to Alice "drink it I can be sure it will clear your head". Alice pulled the cup closer and marvelled at it's design it was littered with old cogs and the handle was a dolls arm. The water was pure and it felt cool on Alice's lips and then Hatter said something rather peculiar, "looks like you took the wrong pills, you clearly didn't trust me enough did you?". Alice clicked at this and took out the brightly coloured pills from her pocket and brought the brightly coloured pill to her lips and took it down with the water Hatter had given her.

The darkness now lit up like the fourth of July with fireworks bouncing off one another and creating a cacophony or loud bangs and whistles, streaming being shot alongside confetti in this almost seeiming new realm of which Alice had escaped to. Hatter pushed Alice of the horse gently and she fell like a rag doll did of the bed of a small child...down...not knowing where she was going...admiring the beautiful colours and sounds and then she hit the ground and was absorbed by what seemed to be a cushion like flooring. Maybe the pills did different things...only time would tell.
