AUTHOR'S POV:-

everything was going well until Valentine's Week arrived.

the school began closely monitoring students' activities and interactions. Teachers and the principal moved quickly, checking one bag per minute before moving on. However, the math teacher took a different approach with Kanika, examining every single item in her bag and scrutinizing each notebook. This thorough inspection felt disrespectful to Kanika and seemed out of proportion compared to the other students' brief checks.

The stress from the situation caused her to fall ill, leaving her hurt and unwell. the stress caused her to have a high fever and a severe headache, and she couldn't stop thinking about the public humiliation she faced.

She stayed home from school for two or three days. Soon, she came to terms with the situation. She decided to focus on her studies and not let anyone's actions affect her. She resolved to let others do whatever they wanted and concentrate on her own path.

She went to school and focused on her studies, or immersing herself in her own world. She didn't see Nirvaan even once. After school, she went straight home and attended her coaching classes, avoiding conversation with everyone.

Nidhi asked Kanika to talk about something because she knew Kanika was an overthinker and didn't want her to carry the burden alone. Nirvaan was also quite upset seeing Kanika's condition. He wanted to talk to her, but something from his past held him back, making him hesitant to reach out.

A few days later, during math class, Sakshi and Vishal got into a verbal fight. The tension arose because both Vishal and Manav had started to like Sakshi. In response, Sakshi told them she had tied a Rakhi on their wrists, symbolizing that they were like brothers to her. The teacher, seeing the commotion, intervened and told Sakshi that she could tie the Rakhi on any boy's hand she wanted.

So Sakshi stood up and approached Vishal and Manav to tie the Rakhi. However, both boys refused, saying they didn't want it, and the situation escalated as they began arguing even more.

The teacher said, "Okay, if Vishal and Manav don't want to be tied with the Rakhi, you can give it to someone else if you'd like.

Sakshi replied that she didn't want to tie the Rakhi to anyone else at that moment.

The teacher then asked, "What about Nirvaan?(she thought he mentioned that he liked Sakshi.) Nirvaan, are you okay with Sakshi tying a Rakhi on you?"

Nirvaan glanced at Kanika, who seemed disinterested, and then said, "yes Mam, I'm fine with it. I don't have a problem if Sakshi ties a Rakhi on me.

At this moment, the entire class looked on in disbelief, knowing that Nirvaan had a crush on Sakshi. Kanika also stared at him in surprise, unable to hide her shock.

The teacher said, "Alright, Sakshi, you can tie the Rakhi on Nirvaan's hand if you want." Sakshi shook her head and replied, "No, I don't want to tie it on him.

At this moment, Kanika realized that Sakshi had developed some feelings for Nirvaan. She thought to herself, "If you two like each other, then I don't want to be a third wheel."

But Kanika wondered why Nirvaan had agreed to the Rakhi situation. She had a strong intuition and often sensed things before they happened. She told Nidhi on their way back from coaching, "I have a feeling Nirvaan will talk to me in the next few days."

Nidhi replied, "It's possible, but stay away from him. You know what you might have to face because of him. He's not good for you."

"Yeah, I know. I won't talk to him," Kanika replied.
